Oh my, oh my! Sooo yummy, so good! Tried all of them… literally, while visiting family in Spokane for Spring Break! I’m super lucky I don’t live near by… I think I’d be there way too frequent. The ladies that were working when we stopped in, were just the sweetest to boot! What a treat!! Will be back soon.

I had been watching this new nest develop as I work across the street. So the anticipation was quite great by the time they flicked their open sign on. It was finally time! Pie time! Their opening line-up did not disappoint, I settled on a quad with key lime, chocolate peanut butter, coconut cream and chocolate cream. All sooooo delicious! The staff is so friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I can't wait to go again! (And again)

Birdie’s Pie Shop is absolutely amazing, hands down our new favorite place for dessert! Are you tired of ice cream, frozen yogurt, and overly sweet uncooked cookies dressed up as better desserts in pink boxes? Look no further than Birdie’s Pie Shop, an instant American Classic, like Apple pie! The Hayden location is adorable from the previous home like charm on the outside, to the warm inviting pie shop feel straight out of a Hallmark movie. You know, the ones where the successful stock broker comes back home for the holidays for the first time in 15 years and falls in love with the girl from high school who now owns the pie shop? This is just like that, except we the locals get to fall in love with Grandma Birdie’s recipes and the growing MMM-PIE-R here in the PNW across Hayden, Post Falls, and now Spokane! So the next time you you find yourself looking to support a local business for a hand-crafted dessert, stop in and enjoy a slice of pie at Birdie’s!

I love Birdies!!! I’ve never liked a chicken pot pie till this one! I decided to try a personal one since they looked so good and to my surprise I loved it! The only one I’ve ever liked. I also love their personal vegetable quiches. They are so delicious! And don’t even get me started on their sweet pies. I’m usually not a big fan of sweets but I’ve had to pace myself when getting pie here since they are so good (I devoured a personal turtle pie in my car after buying it yesterday) 😂. Will definitely be a regular place for me for a long time. Can’t recommend enough!

I bought a chicken Pot Pie last week and served it to our out of town family. It was delicious!!! Sharee your grandmother would be so proud!! You make a success out of everything you do 😊

I have for a while now wanted to drive to Post Falls and partake in the lovely pies I have been drooling over on Instagram. YESTERDAY was the day! My daughter and I enjoyed the short drive and was greeted by friendly employees and had a heck of a time choosing but it was so much fun and worth it! Key Lime Pecan Pie And Mixed berry were the winners Deeply appreciated a out of season fav of mine was available (pecan)

I spontaneously decided to stop by Birdies this saturday afternoon to buy some pies and left a happy customer!!! The mini pies (apple, key lime, chocolate, and pecan) are to die for. Not pictured are two chicken pot pies and one mini triple-berry pie bite that was devoured in the car. I didn’t get the employees name at the counter but she was super friendly and nice. It was my first time here and she didn’t have any issue explaining the pies to me — her customer service skills are amazing. My fiancé and I are already looking forward to our next trip to Birdies in the very near future next week and we will happily recommend them to family and friends, too. (:
