Second time here in a few years. Came with 5 other people, 2 were regulars. Sat outside to watch and listen to the live music. Had to adjust the outside umbrella's as they didn't actually block the sun for any chairs and it was hot. We were told there was no food that evening since the cook left early. We ordered 3 sets of "The gauntlet" which is a 1/2 ounce pour of every distillate they produce, plus 2 cocktails for the ladies with us. Waitress was awesome, drinks were good, music was great, then the owner comes over and starts cussing and yelling at us for adjusting the umbrella. We did it carefully 45 minuets earlier when we first got there and we had not been drinking. He could have done it in a far, far more reasonable way without belittling us, or causing a scene. We will never be back. He lost the sale of at least 3 bottles that evening, and any in the future from us and anyone I talk with in my whiskey club. Good luck with that attitude.

Very friendly staff, we are visiting from MN and enjoying the evening on the patio. Good Smokey Old Fashion and Huckleberry Old Fashion. There was trivia sounds like a weekly Thursday event. Great place to stop in for a enjoy a drink inside or outside with friends.

Up North just won best distillery in North Idaho, and for good reason. The owners are crafting truly unique spirits made from honey, apples, malts, and even pine cones. Highly recommend getting the Gauntlet Flight and trying all 9 of their spirits. The owners are very nice people who are passionate about creating great products!

Very unassuming place when you drive by but wonderfully surprising once inside. Bartender was very friendly and had some great tunes on. Feature a number of spirits and beers from the region. Well worth the stop.

We absolutely love this place!! We love Hillary & Randy!! They made us feel like family and have great cocktails too!! The bar has a very quaint vibe, and you can't beat the nights they roll open the garage door and have live music!

My husband and I visited here with my family. The gauntlet was the perfect way to taste each liquor they make! The servers were really knowledgeable and the merchandise (shirts and hats) were cute! I’m excited to return when we’re in Post Falls!

Incredible drinks are offered every day, with some interesting takes on standard cocktails made using their own spirits. Knowledgeable staff are trained well; not only will they get you a drink you love, but no matter who makes it it will always taste the same. The have food trucks several nights a week, always with terrific food, and Thursday night trivia is the best entertainment in the area! I go as often as I can!

Great service, good food trucks, the honey liquor and the things they make with it are awesome. Atmosphere is good and every Thursday (the day of the week I don't miss is my favorite) they have trivia and the host is awesome.

My wife and I visited and loved it. The liquor is fantastic and all naturally gluten-free from honey. I did grab a bottle of the single malt, which has barley and some gluten. Great little tasting room and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful visit to this distillery. Excellent mead based liquors with great cocktails tucked away in a nice quiet spot. Great service and description of the distilling process.

These guys are exactly what you want in a distillery. Randy loves his craft and it shows. Every spirit I tried (and I'm pretty sure I only missed one or two) was outstanding. If you are ever in Post Falls, Idaho; GO THERE. P.S. Paul can make a mf'n cocktail like no other.
