Take
a
moment
and
read
the
1
star
reviews
and
note
they
are
all
very
recent
to
each
other.
Wish
I
would
have!
June
8,
2023
Called
yesterday
and
spoke
to
"Faith"
and
explained
my
dog
was
having
seizures
and
my
primary
vet
suggests
I
euthanize
her.
It’s
impossible
to
get
in
quickly
with
a
regular
vet
care
office,
I
asked
Faith
if
I
could
transfer
the
notes
and
tests
from
my
primary
visit
the
day
before
and
get
a
second
opinion
at
their
ER
hospital.
Faith
said,
"We
absolutely
can
do
that
for
you."
and
proceeded
to
give
me
the
fax
#
and
email
address
for
my
primary
vet
to
send
those
records.
Faith
cautioned
that
they
are
a
walk
in
clinic
and
they
open
at
noon.
Drove
1hr
1/2
to
this
ER
hospital
arriving
at
approximately
12:15pm.
Called
the
number
on
the
window
to
check
in
and
got
told
"No,
we
don't
do
second
opinions.
We
are
not
a
diagnostic
clinic.
We
don't
treat
seizures
here.
You
need
to
go
to
a
specialty
clinic."
She
hung
up
on
me
when
I
understandably
got
upset
that
I
was
not
going
to
be
seen.
I
called
back
and
tried
to
tell
her
that
I'm
not
convinced
she's
even
having
true
seizures
and
I'd
like
the
vet
to
examine
her.
I
told
her
she
was
having
one
of
the
seizing
"fits"
in
my
car
right
now.
Again,
she
hung
up
on
me
after
saying
I'd
have
to
wait.
I
got
out
of
my
car,
carrying
my
seizing
dog,
and
tried
to
enter
the
building
but
the
door
was
locked.
As
I
stood
at
the
door,
I
called
back
again,
because
she
didn't
even
take
my
name.
I
didn't
know
if
I
was
in
the
queue
or
not!
Spoke
to
a
different
woman
who
told
me
that
it
didn't
matter
what
their
receptionist
(Faith)
told
me.
I
told
her
I
expected
a
little
professionalism
and
she
said,
"I
expect
you
to
have
a
little
patience."
I
told
her
that
"I
had
been
hung
up
on,
TWICE,
and
nobody
even
took
my
name,
yet.
I
had
zero
confidence
that
anyone
was
going
to
help
me!"
She
then
told
me,
"I'm
not
the
one
you
should
be
yelling
at."
Implying
that
she
held
some
kind
of
position
of
power
that
I
better
kiss
up
to.
She
said
that
there
is
only
one
doctor
there
and
two
"girls"
who
are
trying
to
handle
"real"
emergencies.
She
took
my
name
and
said
"it
would
be
a
minute"
and
someone
would
call
and
"talk
to
me".
That's
not
the
same
as
"you're
checked
in
and
someone
will
come
get
you."
I
left
and
will
take
my
chances
at
the
CDA
ER
hospital
when
they
open
in
6
hours.
Of
course,
I
was
upset.
Anyone
who
was
treated
that
way
would
be
They
heard
“second
opinion”
and
refused
to
hear
anything
else.
I
couldn’t
believe
it
was
happening!
Evidently,
a
dog
seizing
in
a
car
is
not
something
this
emergency
vet
hospital
can
handle.
My
dog
should
have
been
treated
the
same
as
any
other
walk
in
and
they
should
have
put
us
in
the
queue
to
be
examined.
If
you're
forced
to
come
here,
good
luck.
If
you
have
the
option
of
choosing
another
location,
please
do.
