i ordered a venti drink that cost $7 and they didn’t even fill up the cup all the way

Very helpful! Love this place! And they’re not just helpful, their store is absolutely exquisite and their coffee making ability is PERFECTION! I’ve been to countless Starbucks locations and I have never been to one as good as this one before and I’ve never had a Starbucks coffee that tasted as good as they make it. Thank you so much guys!

So disgusting, the barista keeps running his hand thru his hair, touching his face. Then touching milk frothing wand which goes in our milk, food, drinks etc. Gross!!

Great and consistent all around. Staff is friendly. Always clean, neat and organized. I frequently go there.

This location has thee best Starbucks' barista ever! I forgot her name, but it starts with D (I'll refer her as D on this review). D realized I went to Starbucks the day before and called by my name. It was so sweet from her. Then I wanted to purchase 4 lemon cakes that tastes as the Venezuelan Panque Once-Once cake. D gently proposed me to add some strawberry topping to one of the cakes to try a different flavor. I consented and she spreaded the topping. D was smiling all the time, despite I arrived the store late night. She was willing to offer a good service and I appreciate her attention to satisfy my customer experience. No doubt. D didn't give me a 5 but 10 A STARS service! She is great and deserves to be the manager of the store. I'll stop by more often to the South Hill Starbucks for more coffee while I am in my break. The best Starbucks in town. They are very friendly and so so nice. Drinks are always spot on!

I supported coffee with cops on July 14th, 2023 11:30am-1:30pm. I had two double lattes that were delicious and the people there were very friendly and talkative to me, it was a good day and i enjoyed seeing our local law enforcement talking with the public as they care very much about many peoples and the community we live in.

Great place. Nice workers and the drinks are great. I don’t see why they raised some drinks by a dollar but its fine i guess. Great for getting work done and just chilling with friends

I was early for a flight in Spokane so I stuck around at this Starbucks and caught up on some work while waiting. Staff were very friendly. For a Starbucks, I was surprised how "local" this place was. It was like a Mom and Pop restaurant. Everyone was greeting everyone as if they were old friends! Literally everyone was pleasant with everyone else. The coffee was good. I ordered a Mexican mocha but they didn't have any cayenne so I got cinnamon instead. They accidentally made it hot when I asked for iced, but they fixed it quickly. No big deal. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised with this place and will definitely return.

I don't come here often but wanted to redeem my birthday reward. I was greeted warmly upon arriving, and a wonderful employee, April, was so friendly and helped me consolidate all my gift cards on my phone's Starbucks app. This took extra time on her end, but she was happy to assist me. Thanks, April, for going above and beyond. You made my visit a good one!

I don't know how they do it here sometimes but they do! As far as Starbucks in general, I'm growing weary of it as a company but these guys get it done.

Longest wait times (20+min in the drive thru) for the sugary drink concoction she didn't even start on until we were at the window and paid!!!

Someone wrote "stay safe" on my bag when I ordered with uber. It literally made my whole life during this pandemic. I called to let them know it meant a lot. Thank you kind starbucks employee. I don't know you but you did more than you know. ❤

They're always very kind at this store. As a former partner I can appreciate the stellar service they provide in the drive thru window. I've never been inside this store. Shout-out to Darby she was great today! I think she's helped us one other time. Thanks for being a great representation of The South Hill and our hospitality.

Starbucks on 57th is the BEST Starbucks ever! Amazing baristas and of course amazing coffee. The drive through can be long at times but they do a good job of keeping the line moving.
