This is to the management directly..pls dnt think that all the customers dnt knw much info about services u provide..I have got my icecream pedicure done at minibypass naturals this time( which I usually get it done @magunta layout naturals),thinking near to where I stay. Service provider don't knw even the basic steps of pedicure and made steps ulta ..first she applied cream followed by mask..ok I thought after removing mask atleast she ll moisturize ..when I ask for the same she said no mam not required..dat means she doesn't even knw that u have to apply moisturizer after mask.and upon that half the mask cream she dumped in dust bin thinking I dint notice( as she applied mask with brush that too v thin layer so she didn't knew what have to be done with left over mask ,so simply dumped in dust bin) and the massage time was just 2 min for each leg ( mam each leg approx 5 to 10 min for icecream pedicure words by same person) and lastly they gave me spray and asked me to spray legs myself and atlast charging 1500. To all the ppl who visit parlour especially minibyapss naturals, ask for best service and keenly observe what are they upto on your body as we are not paying less..we r paying more for gud service which is not upto the mark at all ...simply naturals lost a customer for what they did and I never recommend to anyone for sure

The service I took was moisturizing hair spa. Hair stylist Priya has done a great job. She did the hair spa very well, so good and very patient towards the task. Cleared all my doubts. She also styled my hair after the hair spa as add on.
