First of all, cost wise hotel room is not worth the money. They priced rs 900/day for double bedroom, which is too much for that room. They won't even provide you drinking hot water for emergency purpose. For bathing no proper hot water even in this winter season. No proper beds. If you're a married couple. They will ask for proof. they will ask for woman's aadhar card with the husband's name mentioned on it. They will never believe you if there is no husband's name mentioned on. This got me irritated so much. Even though live in relationship is legal in india, they're asking for unnecessary proofs. The hotel is okish only, Don expect much.

Very wrost services stayed for 4 days but no services avaiable no cleaning if we want to complain regarding the services they used very abused words with the women's if we tried to talk with the owner she is also not so comparative no hot water please check before staying the things

Rooms are dirty, wifi not working, hot water not available, never provide the AC remote, charges for drinking water, towels are very dirty. Very worst staffs behavior.

Single Occupancy non ac rooms are 600, 800 and such, which is affordable. Beds are big and comfortable, there's hot water available early in the mrng, from 5 to 10 or maybe even later and in the evening as well. Only problem would be mosquitoes in Nellore are a big problem, if we could just get ourselves a repeller then all is well and good. Outside food is accepted here so we can order food as well. Main thing 24hr checking-in is available which is very useful for people who travel at night and would want morning check-in. Similar hotel to this is KVR Residency, but thid one's better.
