Irukalala Parameswari Ammavari temple Irukula Parameswari Temple is an old religious establishment and an A.P.State protected Monument located on the banks of Nellore Bay near the city of Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, India. It is the principal landmark of the area, very important for Nellori people. The exterior of the temple is really beautiful, and inside of the temple there is a historic statue of Irukula Parameswari Devi.

Historically very Old temple. The Idol of Godess Parameswari has 2 shades of Grace. One has to look keenly to observe the 2 shades. "Irukala" means 2 shade in the local Telugu language.
