Very rude response. Bus will come late only. What do u want me to do now? This is the way of their answer. This travels bus is late by more than 2 hours. Yes it will become late bcoz we have to stop for dinner, diesel filling, toilet stop. These idiots should calculate all those time and give one schedule . And should plan and reach on time.

Very bad experience with Driver. actually to give rating as 3/4.; But Driver behaviour not good. so I gave 1. We travelled to Nellore from Hyderabad (Service 321, AP 39 TC 1435) on May 10. We requested to stop somewhere for bathroom as urgency for my kid, driver denied to stop ,,but stopped to get in passengers on the way to Kavali. It's already late 1 hr. Driver argued.

Worst travels service I had ever seen till today! Booked a parcel from visakhapatnam to Nellore on June 2nd 2022 but till today there is no response regarding that courier.They are simply giving irresponsible answers like come tomorrow sir come day after tomorrow sir what an irresponsible staff you are maintaining in your office premises. My dear public please book any type of couriers in morning star travels at your own risk.

Travel experience is good. Adviced to carry your own blankets & water bottle as they are not providing them.

Their travel service is ok, but parcel service is poor, parcel fellows are rude & too much attitude.

So far better in travelling bt compare to other vehicles has to update

Every time this route bus breaks down and they are not arranging any alternate service.if any thing ask staff they behave like Street rowdies where you book go and ask they tell rudely.

WORST SERVICE.I booked seat to Gorantla.Bus departure time is 7Pm, around at 6.10Pm they called & said bus is cancelled due to Brake down& after sometime again told some sensor problem bus is not starting.. But I know the reality in that bus for that trip only 3mems reserved the seats.. So they cancelled the bus. Anyway they know the situation of such trip before atleast 2hrs before right. They need to inform us about canceling... We will make alternate arrangements... REALLY WORST TRAVELS & WORST RESPONSE & WORST CALL SUPPORT.

Worst bus service ever . There was no proper assistant for the passanger. Never stopped on the way for a break . The person who needed to assist the passanger is sleeping and not even informing the place where people need to getdown . Actually I booked both the way for my trip the bus was cancelled at the last minute of the tirp due to breakdown of the bus the were not Even ready to arrange another bus instead told me to look for another bus . Such a poor bus service. Never choose this transport . Switch off the AC for long time getting hot inside the bus .

We had very bad experience in one of our recent travel with morning star, main preference seems to be cargo services rather than ensuring passenger to reach their destination on time, bus lacks basic facilities like charging points, blankets, water bottle.

Overall good experience with MST, buses are timely available. Only thing is as this is aged travel company busses and bedsheets proving are old.

Bus not came on time and the ac is not properly working in sleeper bus 😡

Bus was not in good condition, AC also bad and bad house keeping. They didn't gave even single water bottle also. But ticket price was too much cost.

Average hotel can drink tea or coffee but cleaning is not good
