    Finally boarded bus with 25mins delay. Bus was bit clumsy and very dirty, but staff was friendly!

    Not picking passenger from chosen pick point as there is only 1 passenger. Bad customer service. Compensated with cash reimbursement for the inconvenience of taxing to the pick point. Time wasted. Not enough luggage space. Air-conditioning vent broken.

    Driver is talking in phone while driving also smoking From athmakur bus stop to Current office without heavy traffic it is taking almost 50mints😂😂😂
