We wanted to eat something small in the snack bar at the Marina. The snack bar is a self-service container. There are no price tags at the container, only a small list (Burger, HotDog, Pizza). After we ordered we should have payed €12.50 for one Burger. I find the price for self-service and without prior disclosure of the amount outrageous.
Beautiful place. I loved the view and the vibe. It’s nice to sit outside and look at the lake especially when there’s beautiful weather and sun. The food was visually beautiful. I loved that even though they didn’t have many vegan option, they made something especially for me. Unfortunately, the food didn’t have an much flavor as we expected and was a bit blunt. However the whole experience was great. The drinks are amazing as well!
had a wonderful stay at your resort from 8th to 11th July in the Iceberg Villa, and I truly appreciated the overall hospitality. However, I am writing to follow up on an unresolved matter regarding the air-conditioning issue during my stay. As mentioned to your reception team at the time, I had booked and paid for an air-conditioned villa, but unfortunately, the AC was not available. I was informed that no alternative AC villas were available and was offered compensation of €300 (20% of the amount paid). I provided my bank details as requested. Since then, I followed up after almost a 4 months and was asked for additional information, which I provided. I later requested a transaction confirmation, which was sent—but the amount was never received. As of 22nd July, the refund is still pending, and my recent follow-ups have not been responded to. I would appreciate it if you could urgently update me on the status of the refund and confirm when I can expect the amount to be transferred.

After my first visit I was impressed. This year, it’s just complete disaster. Overpriced for nothing. Food, coffee, service, everything is bellow average, you won’t get value that they ask you to pay for. I don’t think it’s just post covid impact of gastronomy, it’s unfortunately the mindset. Shame, that good concept went wrong. Perhaps that’s the reason, why they close after 7pm in high season.
