Posting from my experience with this company at their Leesburg location. This place is terrible. I came for a first swim lesson today at 10 and we waited around for 45min since they told us we would be called. We waited and waited and someone finally called out asking for babies and they said they didn't gave room for him and we'd have to come back in the afternoon. Well that's not going to work for me or my son. The whole place is run by teenagers so, parents - be cautious in having your children at this place I was watching them work and they don't pay attention to what's going on. It's super overpriced, you'd be better off saving a ton of money by going to Leesburg Park District and getting people that actually know what they're doing. It's also a single pool, and it's small - everybody is cramped together. Never come to this place it's a waste of your time and money and they'll treat you like you're uninvited company.

My kid attends private swim classes in SwimKids, Woodbridge location, and she absolutely loves going there! The pool is warm and clean, the staff is cordial, and the coaches (we had several of them during our time with SwimKids) are great. Our favorite one is coach Cat; she is awesome, knowledgeable and very patient! Besides its’ standard programs/curricula, SwimKids in Woodbridge incorporates water safety and aquatic survival skills into each of its levels, which I consider to be essential ones for kids to know.

Love, love, love SwimKids in Woodbridge! Our son is always excited to suit up and get to swim class. This has been a much better experience than the local rec centers for us. The classes are engaging and keep our son busy throughout his class time. The facility has a large pool, which is nice as the children move up. And there is lots of space in the changing room and waiting room. The coaches are great and attentive. There are always extra eyes in and out of the water to make sure the children are safe. The desk team does a great job addressing our concerns. And the GM and management team are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We are so pleased to see our son's confidence grow in the water thanks to SwimKids and the Woodbridge team!

This place is perfect for kids and/or babies. Need to buy some swimming supplies? No problem! They have a little store that has everything you need. From goggles to swimming caps and clothes. The staff that work here are extremely kind and they will teach your kids and/or babies the right skills. I recommend this place.

This places is great for learning to swim properly and creating a consistent safe fun environment! This instruction and training for each level is comprehensive and appropriate for each age group. We began in 2021 and even returned 2023 and so please to be back. We're tried other comparable franchise with more color that just doesn't have the level of knowledge and trainers for young swimmers. Highly recommend it is a bit pricey but its quality instruction and lengthy classes. So I think it's worth it and encourage you to give it a try.

Shout out to coach Chris who is wonderful with kids, helping them to succeed! Wish there are more coaches like her. We’ve been going to SwimKids over a year. Clean facility, welcoming and friendly staff, I just wish the classes will be smaller though.

Did not receive the best customer service or support from SwimKids Swim School in Woodbridge for our special need student. Emailed with no response from July 2022. Didn’t response back until May 2023 from Operations Manager, and partial refund. We have in fact found other places that offers similar services, way more professional, and at better rates with FCPA Rec Centers!

My daughter in going to Swimkids Woodbridge and we love it! Coach Chris is amazing! We are in stealth team and she is progressing so much. The communication is always great. Keep up great work!!!
