This urgent care is very disorganized. All they care setting appointments so they charge your Insurance company . Last time I was there, Dr Rachel didn’t even examine me. And didn’t sent my prescriptions. I was told I need another appointment in order to get my medicine. Hello. I just saw the doctor. They don’t care about your health. I decided to find better healthcare company.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this office. I have been there only 3 times and all 3 times consecutively, I had a bad experience. Dr. Wakatsuki seemed nice but apparently wasn't very comprehensive. Some of the staff there were very friendly and helpful but others were rude. I didn't like the system at that office. They were not very serious & I was honestly looking for a place where they truly cared. I guess this office wasn't for me.

My search for a medical practice has ended! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rachel Wakatsuki and her practice. A total group of professionals with phenomenal customer service! From the moment I stepped foot in the practice, I was welcomed and made to feel ‘at home’. Dr. Wakatsuki listened to concerns and provided superb/honest feedback. 100% happy!

My worst primary care so far. 2 weeks and still can’t get my prescription they refuse to call my pharmacy to correct the mistake they put on the prescription same people on the phone keep asking the same questions promising to call the pharmacy and fix the issue but they never do I would give 0 stars if I could never going back there again very disappointed

I had my doubts when I first stepped into the facility. However, the professionalism and warmth of the staff quickly changed my mind. Dr. Kamala's kindness, empathy, and careful listening put me at ease. She thoroughly explained each step of the process and gave me different options to consider. I am grateful for her professionalism, courtesy, and humanity.

Dr. Rachel is an amazing doctor. She has such great bedside manner and takes the time to answer all of your questions which is so rare in this rush to treat environment...I would advice anyone looking for a great primary care doctor to check her out...She is definitely 5 stars.

Staff very friendly. The nurse was very sweet during my visit she was able to inform me of everything before she swabed me. The doctor was very quick in calling me about my results!

I have been coming to this office for while now. The office staff are very good from checking you in to taking your weight and blood pressure. I have only saw Dr. Rachel she is awesome. Nice to have a doctor LISTEN to you and be proactive to get you the help you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they are great. DC

Loved the practice from the receptionist to the assistant to the Dr. My Dr. Was so nice and truly cared about what concerns I had. She took the time to listen and explained everything g to me. I truly felt like finally a Dr who really cares about her patients. Absolutely loved the practice.

Dr. Rachel is. a great Dr. very knowledgeable, supportive, kind. She takes her time to discuss with me. All the staff members are great!!! Thank you so much for the amazing services you are providing to the community💕

Love Dr Rachel!! I have been seeing her going on 5 years. I drive over an hour each way to see her because she truly cares about my health and always takes my opinions and input into consideration. I value being treated that way and I appreciate her knowledge and genuine kindness!
