This would be my second time visiting when I am in this area and it has never been disappointing. Absolutely every single store in each neighborhood is full stock with everything you can possibly need. My family and I usually stay near the food court because we love shopping at Hollister, Express, and North Face. I love how this mall is huge on food selection, there must be strong competition. There are burgers, sandwiches, tacos, teriyaki, salads, & candy. There are many cultures to try from. The arcade is amazingly huge and lots of fun. There are multiple well known companies and brands and which have great deals as always! This is the best mall I’ve been to in a very long time.

One of the biggest mall in East coast US. You name the brand and for sure it will be in this mall. Also they have Burlington, Costco inside the mall. We tried basic spa inside, which is very good. It's just neck shoulder massage for 15mins, we gave 20$. Food court is having poppeye, burger King, Indian thali, Japan and Asian cuisine. Few Mexican restaurants also. Star bucks at different places.

NEW Square clothing store Update- it looked good when I bought it but once I washed the clothes GOT DAMAGED and can not wear them. Totally wasted. I spent a lot of money. The jeans were ok but the shirts, joggers, and dresses got wasted.

My review is in regards to the Pure Spa Massage inside the mall. This space is located in the back portion, towards T-Mobile. My experience with Grace was beyond amazing! 1 hour table massage. Every muscle, knot, or sore aching part of my body was healed. I can’t wait to buy my family gift cards for Christmas. Do yourself a favor and go get a “GRACEFUL” MASSAGE! Prices weren’t outrageous and the atmosphere was calm and clean.

This mall was breathtaking! Came down here from southern VA and knew it would be an amazing and gigantic mall. Mainly came down here to exchange some currency at the wonderful exchange booth and take a walk around. The mall really was gigantic and took me a whole 20 minutes to walk through just half of it! So many terrific stores and so many great attractions. Wish I could check out every single one but had no time lol. Definitely will be back when I pass by Northern Virginia!!

I never really come to this mall since it’s far from where I live. But I happened to be in the area and decided to stop by. I also found Prime there! This is my first time trying it. Wasn’t that bad. Anyways the line for food is super long I ended up finding food somewhere else. And the area for kids to play like every child is coughing and sick and my daughter ended up getting sick after that.

Potomac Mills 3 July 2023, 8:26AM (EST) A place to find the brand you seek. Kate Spade, Coach, Ann Taylor, Converse, Guess, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Columbia, Michael Kors, Victoria’s Secret, Tumi, Fossil, Bloomingdale’s, Chico’s, Cole Haan, Nautica, Levi’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Aldo, The Lego Store, Samsonite, Steve Madden, H&M, Puma, Adidas, Forever 21, American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Under Armour, Nike, Foot Locker, Miniso, The North Face, Gap, Timberland, Clarks Bostonian, FYE, New Balance, Crocs, Carter’s, Polo Ralph Lauren, Saks 5th, and Game Stop are a few of the stores available. There’s even candy stores for those needing to satisfy their sweet tooth. Hence, if shopping is not for you, there’s Round1 bowling alley and the AMC theater to lounge in. Awesome mall with pretty nice restaurants and stores. MK, Coach, all good stores are here. It does have Cheesecake factory in the area and Costco too. It's free no parking fee and huge parking area. It doesn't have Macy's though but it does have Burlington. Very convenient location for all-in-one shopping place. Opposite to mall is Sam's club and Walmart and little further Best Buy. I love the location and stores

Very busy most days with a lot of teens running around. Pretty clean for the amount of foot traffic. Parking is always tricky but there are better stores to park around than others. Food court is always busy. For being an outlet mall prices are not really discounted.

Usually on Friday or Saturday with housemate (Rizal) will visit Potomac Mills, the largest outlet mall in Virginia. From home in Centerville we walked, took a bus, ride the metro and finally took a bus again. Travel time is about 2 hours. We spend a lot of time here shopping for clothes, shoes, branded bags etc. Occasionally meet Malaysian colleagues who are also studying at Virginia Tech. There is an interesting food court here to dine. Its no doubt this is the best place to shop because of the cheap price and high quality.-Fauzi, Malaysia

Five stars for how efficient the pick-up process is when you order online. They also offer curbside pickup. Unfortunately most things I wanted to get were out of stock. The service is still great and the employees wear masks and there are dividers at the registers and service areas. I did notice some customers choosing to not wear masks while shopping.

Always busy be prepared. They definitely have a great selection on shopping from low end to high middle end. Food court is good but could have better options. I love that they have a cotton candy machine! Haven't seen one since Florida. Overall great place to shop with large variety.

First Timers Read This - This a really nice mall but the flow is a bit different (like walking through the foodcourt to get to the other side). I was in a hurry and this didn’t help. Look at the map when you get in, the mall is split into 5 neighborhoods. Then pinpoint your store location. Photos attached of the maps and stores.

I recently visited Potomac Mills Mall, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I had a few items to return, and I was relieved to find that the mall wasn't as packed as it often is on weekends. This made the entire trip a breeze and a pleasant outing. The noticeable lack of overcrowding made a significant difference. I could actually breathe and move around comfortably without feeling like I was navigating through a sea of people. It allowed me to enjoy my shopping experience without the usual stress associated with large malls during peak hours. The stores I visited had friendly and helpful staff who made the return process smooth and efficient. There was no long wait, and I appreciated their professionalism. Potomac Mills Mall has a fantastic selection of stores, which is one of the reasons I keep returning. This time, the visit was particularly enjoyable due to the manageable crowd. It felt like I had more time to explore and shop at my own pace. In conclusion, my recent visit to Potomac Mills Mall was a delightful experience. The reduced crowds made the trip more relaxing and enjoyable, and I had a positive interaction with the store staff during my returns. If you're looking for a pleasant shopping environment, this mall is a great choice.

Has just about every store that a mall should have, with the exception of Macy's. Always a fun experience to come here. We have gotten great deals on Michael Kors and Kate Spade handbags, and also on some clothes from H&M. There are just so many options for stores...love it!

Nearly 40 years old but still worth a trip. Very few empty storefronts in this day and age of malls closing. Well maintained. Over 200 stores. Huge number of clothing and shoe stores. AMC theater, numerous other entertainment venues. Still called the food court- not the modern food hall. Many large discount stores. Numerous restaurants surround the mall.

If variety is what you like, if culture is what you yearn for, if the food and the taste of always wondering what can I eat next. Potomac Mills. Excellent place to go. There is something for everyone to do, try and have fun.

I love Potomac Mills. I’ve been going here for over thirty years, all the way from Maryland! I don’t want to write this review, but yesterday my family and I were mistreated twice. First, we were at Round One, and I had ordered our food and patiently waited. I walked up to the counter, just to ask for my one drink, and both ladies looked at me without saying a word as if I was interrupting their conversation and a burden. Total “don’t bother me vibes.” Even when she called our number, I could hear disdain. Total embarrassment to the amazing Japanese round one. Next, I went to the Starbucks Kiosk, ordered a cappuccino, waited patiently but the credit card machine did not work. The girl wasn’t trying to help us, everyone just waited and said nothing. When I asked what was happening, she got defensive and said “we don’t have to serve you a coffee “ she also wouldn’t give me her name and Anthony the manager doubled down on her abhorrent behavior. Awful service on the eve of Christmas Eve. I’ll be back but probably not as much.

Love going to Potomac outlet mall. I enjoy shopping at the Vera Bradley store. And the hubby and son loves shopping at the Lego store. Every year before school starts we go there to buy our son clothes, shoes . We make a day of it.

Fine location to find items on anyone's list. It is divided into neighborhoods making it easy to find the shops you desire. Our Mall has many great restaurants around it and a variety of options in it's food court as well. Costco is one of the big anchor stores here and it allows you to find deals.

  • 5/5 Scott M. 2 years ago on Google
This was my first trip to Potomac Mills, I had no idea this mall was so large. There is a great collection of stores here, and the layout is very conducive to strolling and shopping. The food court is well layer out and the selection was varied. The anchor stores were spread out nicely giving casual shoppers access to all of the smaller stores and outlets.

  • 5/5 Sha' R. 8 months ago on Google

  • 5/5 Nyshae G. 2 years ago on Google
You can find any and everything here. Plan to spend an entire day here and make sure to arrive early. We always come for school clothes and formal events due to the variety of items we can find. Saturdays are always busy so plan for that as well. The food court has really good food and there are plenty of restaurants outside of the mall to enjoy. Traffic can be insane and so can parking but if you get there within an hour of opening you will be fine

Quite a beautiful mall with many choices to fit all styles and preferences. I have gone around Christmas time and the deals are once in a lifetime. I’m highly impressed with the cleanliness and the selection and size of stores. You will shop till you drop in this mall! My only complaint is that there aren’t more luxury brand stores.

  • 4/5 Luke and Jessie P. 8 months ago on Google
Been coming to this mall since 2012 and it has become so busy lately. Long lines at stores, kids running around, etc. It’s still pretty clean for the amount of people. It has always frustrated me that they didn’t make this mall a loop like most malls. It’s a long walk all the way through then having to turn around to walk all the way back. I’d rather park near the store I want go in and then go out and drive around a park again for the stores on the other end. Good variety of store choices which you don’t always see at malls these days.

  • 5/5 Tariq A. 8 months ago on Google
Potomac Mills offers an impressive shopping experience with its vast selection of outlet stores. It's a bargain hunter's dream, with a wide range of brands and products at discounted prices. Navigating the mall can be a bit challenging due to its size, but the directory and helpful staff make it easier to find your way around. The food court provides various dining options, perfect for a quick bite between shopping sprees. Keep in mind that the mall can get incredibly crowded, especially during holidays and weekends. If you're looking for deals and don't mind the bustling atmosphere, Potomac Mills is a shopping destination worth exploring.

  • 3/5 Jack R. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of stores to choose from; however, to be honest the outlet stores are a disappointment. Advertising items are "40-70%" off after you put a 3000% mark up isn't really a good deal. I won't pick on any specific store in particular but at least 4 different stores the staff just seemed very unfriendly and unhelpful to the point it seemed to be a trend.

  • 5/5 Justin H. 1 year ago on Google
Potomac Mills is a great shopping destination! From Round One, to AMC, several big name and smaller shops, and an amazing food court, there is much to see and do throughout your visit. The mall is conveniently located a couple miles off I-95, and is a must see for people passing through, or for those looking to pick up on good shopping deals!

I'm giving this store 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received from Tiana. She was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. She was knowledgeable and patient. She did everything she could to ensure customer satisfaction. I was disappointed because there are little to no work boots available for women and the men's size starts at 7. I believe a 6.5 in men's would have fit perfectly but Timberland does not carry this particular boot in that size. I ended up buying the 7s and hopefully with time, after breaking them in, they will fit a tad better. I left happier than I expected because of one employee's standard in ensuring customer satisfaction. So, thanks again Tiana! And to Timberland, please expand on your selection of women's work boots. If that's not possible, please offer men's sizes that will accommodate women and even men with small feet. 😂

Nice pitstop when traveling down south to Florida. The mall is clean, huge and full of interesting sights. There is a variety of restaurants and hotels that provide that well needed break when driving. The traffic does seem to get crazy intense during the morning rush hour times so be aware and careful. The drivers tend to be very aggressive and the roads can be a bit tricky navigating being so close to the interstate.

The mall was decent and had a nice selection of stores but it was so hot it was making me sick.
