I
stayed
here
for
one
night
after
having
surgery,
when
I
checked
in
I
was
amazed
by
the
freshly
renovated
interiors
from
top
to
bottom.
Unfortunately
when
I
checked
into
the
handicap
accessible
room
the
only
remaining
original
item
was
obviously
the
mattress
with
springs
poking,
I
immediately
called
down
to
the
front
desk
and
requested
a
room
change.
He
asked
me
to
check
out
#
207,
and
gave
me
keys
for
that
room.
I
then
checked
out
that
#207’s
bed,
the
entire
room
reeked
of
Marijuana
and
the
mattress
was
exactly
the
same.
I
went
back
to
my
original
room
(#202)
and
phoned
the
front
desk
and
said
I
would
be
staying
in
the
original
room
and
I
told
him
why.
He
said
just
keep
the
keys
for
207
and
return
upon
checkout.
The
next
morning
I
requested
a
late
checkout
until
12pm.
Oddly
at
10:52
a
housekeeper
entered
my
room
without
knocking.
I
was
sitting
naked
on
the
bed
after
having
just
showered.
I
asked
her
three
times
to
close
the
door
while
she
argued
with
me
about
reasons
she
thought
the
room
was
empty.
I
relayed
this
to
the
surly
young
woman
at
the
checkout.
She
argued
with
me
and
accused
me
of
staying
in
a
different
room.
Mr.
Alex
Lopez,
if
you
are
the
manager
please
know
I
will
be
reaching
out
to
you
regarding
this
matter.
If
your
staff
does
not
enter
the
proper
rooms
and
if
your
staff
lies
about
their
activities,
and
your

staff
does
not
follow
protocol,
I
do
believe
you
owe
me
a
refund
on
this
property.
