Had a very good and tasty experience here at the Potomac Mills Starbucks Store. My Kids tried tue new Unicorn Cake Pop and they obviously loved it. My Caffee Misto with Oatmilk was well made and definitely not bad pored together and mixed. I would definitely come back to this Starbucks Storey

This Starbucks Kiosk is absolutely atrocious. Each time I go here, the employees are rude and lethargic. They never give the correct items, even if it's something as simple as a loaf. If you ask for it warmed they literally just give it to you as is. The employees clearly have no idea what they have in their own kiosk or how to make drinks. Sometimes they tell you, "We only have what's in the display case." but then another employee will give it to you no problem. If you order from the mobile app and your drinks are wrong (always are by the way) they'll tell you you have to get a refund via the app (an option that doesn't exist). Ask them how to do it and no one knows the answer, and/or gets an attitude about someone commenting on their horrendous customer service because they can't make a drink correctly. Honestly, this Starbucks should have stayed closed, and I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time and money here, go to the one across the mall.

Starbucks ranks up there with me; good coffees, teas and snacks. Nice location, friendly staff and reasonable prices in a nice environment. Gluten Free snacks available!

My kids were extremely thirsty and their water refill station was empty. I asked them if they could give me a glass and they said I would have to wait till they’ve caught up to all their orders. Makes sense, but after 5 mins, they just keep receiving mobile orders and it was an endless wait time. The barista working did not end up giving us water.

I use to visit Starbucks very regularly, then C-19 disrupted our world. Now that I don't go into the city that often visiting Starbucks is not as convenient so I only go every now & then, but I still enjoy the food & drinks.

Love my Starbucks! A cafe latte was the perfect pick-me-up for a cold, rainy day at the mall. The service was friendly and quick!

Honestly it’s not a bad Starbucks. But the way they keep the bathrooms untidy is what bothers me the most. The past couple of times I have been here the bathrooms are not clean. That’s really my only complaint 👎🏽

The drink was okay however the lady they have here is like SUPER RUDE at todays date 01/03/2024 at 5:32 pm she doesn’t have a name tag for a reason… what a bad service!!

Enjoyed a mother daughter coffee while dress shopping. Perfectly convenient outside of Lacoste and Kate Spade. I ordered a double espresso and my daughter ordered a seasonal latte. Service was a little slow, but I think there was training going on. Cheers!

This review refers to the stand near And1 ... The Brewed coffee was cold like not even warm .. just cold and when I asked for a new one they gave me a slighty warm one. Bruh I should've just asked for ice at that point ngl

They was out of my brown sugar so I ordered a frappe

Today I went for a VENTI iced caramel machiato I ordered with extra caramel and than when I saw my drink didn’t have extra caramel and I told the lady who made my drink to add extra caramel please and she was really rude and started talking between her lips and then she told me IS THAT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!! with bad attitude Horrible customer service doesn’t deserve any TIPS !

Coffee is awesome and the baristas are very professional. I recomend the White Chocolate Mocha and Cinnamon Dulce latte.

Staff was rude, cashier was clueless, didn't have the fall apple coffee they were advertising, nor did they have drink carriers. This one is a mess!

Good location. Lines could move faster. 3 people in front of me took a solid 10+ minutes to get my hot tea and ice water.

Staff is friendly and patient. They take care of the customers! Highly recommended it!

Starbucks right by the Food Court. Not the Kiosk. Everyone who works here seems to be polite, friendly and works well under pressure. The manager, Jen ordered a lot of chestnut praline after Christmas because it’s her favorite seasonal one! Mine too. Down fall There’s a rude Hispanic lady usually at the register , shorter and chubby who has attitude and rolls her eyes a lot at me. Not sure what her problem is but that isn’t professional. She might be part time because I don’t see her as often as the others.
