It was my first time coming here and I think I had Craig as my server since that was the name on the receipt. He was so unnecessarily rude and unhelpful it was ridiculous. If I had not already paid for my food I would’ve ran out of that spot I was the only one there too. I tried to ask him about the menu, if the açaí was raw and he was like “huh” “what” “yea” all annoyed and like I was stupid, very unprofessional because as everyone knows açaí comes raw or blended in bowls. Even when I was asking like do they come with all berries like It was unnecessary sass. Food was ok a little overpriced but service -500/10.

Love the frozen yogurt they have here. I got the white chocolate and coconut, my wife got the cookie batter with lots of good toppings. Overall staff is very friendly and patient. Good family atmosphere as well. Every two weeks I hear they have new frozen yogurt flavors. You gots to come try this place out!

I don’t know why they’ve started using frozen açaí but it makes the bowl horrible. I expect freshly made bowls when I come not açaí that’s been sitting in a freezer. I pay $14 for quality not your convenience!

My husband loves this place for its açaí bowls! I usually get the mixed berry parfaits, yum! This place is a more expensive Sweet frog (75 cents per topping) and $4-5 per chocolate or oreo cone) and Starbucks in one. Ingredients are fresh and well made. You will have to ask for a spoon or napkin if needed. You may luck up and get parallel parking, otherwise there is more parking within walking distance. I like the sit up bar where you can charge your mobile device or leave a review while your waiting for your order. We go here when we are in for a treat!

The bowls are not consistent sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad. I stop going because of all the inconsistencies…one worker says I can’t get a certain amount of toppings and another work says I can. The menu says up to 4 toppings but the worker says I can only get 3. So maybe they should change the menu but they don’t have to worry I will not be back. Good luck.

The açaí sorbet was bland. Was not worth the price. Will I ever go back there for a cold treat? With all due respect, no. My decision doesn’t have anything to do with the staff, they were helpful. Overall experience 5 out of ten.

I only rate this place with two stars one because the açaí wasn’t that bad and because the guy who prepared them he was polite but the lady, the old lady at the cashier, super rude CERO customer service skills !! I cannot believe shes in charge of the place.

This is an awesome, new upscale spot that serves a wide range of healthy options as well as guilty pleasures. Their offerings include fresh blended juices, frozen yogurt, cookies, coffees, teas, and other baked goods. What really distinguishes this place is the contemporary interior design, which includes leather couches, wood floors, recessed lighting, and metal accents. If you get a chance, don't hesitate to stop by as you'll quickly be greeted by smiles and warm customer service. We'll be making more trips in the months ahead for the froyo as my daughter fell in love with the mango flavor.
