It’s a mad house in here. Came for a pick up order I had placed 7 min earlier to be told they didn’t have one for me and I needed to “give the right name.” She then walked away. I stood for several more minutes as this order was paid for. When she came back, I showed her my confirmation and she asked I’m the kitchen. It appears they had already made it and the order had been given to someone else so they had to make me another. I don’t care about getting another or the order being given away but why you gotta be rude sis? I didn’t come in here for no reason. I have a confirmation. Why be rude. Won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Very nice staff to talk to, but they need to work on going a slower pace to make the meals correctly. They definitely forgot my avocado 🥑 when I paid for it, but I am not going to be ghetto making a scene. I just hope a Manager can see this review.

Didn’t want to accept my coupon as if the discount was coming out of their paychecks. I never had an issue before with other locations in the DMV area I went to Neabsco tropical smoothie instead and they accepted it 👍🏼

Why did no one tell me about this place...I mean I've passed by it numerous times but I never had the thought to go in and try it out. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread is really good and the bahama mama smoothie was delicious as well and it was under $10. I will be back!

Got acai berry boost and Island Green. Smoothie were great. You get alot for the price definitely will be back.

Got an offer form the online website for a birthday reward. Went in and tried to redeem in store, they said it wasn’t valid. Even though the coupon said it was valid today since today is my bday. I tried doing online, the app was saying transaction went through.I even showed the lady, what it said on my app. And she said oh well there’s nothing we can do the app those that sometimes. So left with nothing.

Don't come here expecting to use the coupon for the $1.99 smoothie if you order a wrap or flatbread. I was told I have to fill out the survey for this location and can only use the coupon at this location.

I've been here a bunch of times and order the same wrap everytime. There's occasionally been some errors with my order before, but not usually something I can't overlook. Today, the wrap was inedible. The entire thing was drenched in so much sauce there was a pool of it in the bag and the entire thing fell apart in a big wet mess. There's so much sauce in this bag that it doesn't even logically make sense. Why would you put this much sauce on anything. I'm also pretty sure the chicken has gone bad, and they gave me spoiled meat. Would go somewhere else if you can.
