This
store
has
really
gone
down
in
customer
service.
Every
time
I
go
there,
there
is
no
one
up
front
or
even
watching
the
front,
it
takes
10
minutes
to
go
hunt
down
an
employee
to
check
me
out.
I've
had
many
instances
where
while
checking
out,
the
cashiers
talk
very
annoyed
even
though
I
haven't
even
said
anything
more
than
"Can
you
please
check
me
out?"
The
last
straw
for
me
was
when
I
went
there
while
they
have
a
"Buy
2
get
one
Free"
for
manga
and
graphic
novels.
I'm
posting
a
picture
with
this
review
that's
the
sign
they
have
up
for
the
promotion.
It
says
"All
Manga"
so
I
picked
up
some
Pokemon
manga
and
when
I
went
to
check
out
it
all
rang
up
full
price,
no
promotion.
I
was
told
by
one
of
the
cashiers
that
Books-A-Million
has
the
Pokemon
manga
under
a
different
category
in
their
system.
So
technically
it's
not
a
manga
and
the
promotion
covers
only
select
manga.
Here's
the
whole
problem
with
that,
the
Pokemon
manga
I
wanted
to
buy
were
manga.
They
were
written
by
a
Japanese
Mangaka,
published
by
a
manga
company,
and
distributed
by
a
manga
company.
So
the
company
is
advertising
a
promotion
as
"All
Manga"
but
doesn't
actually
make
good
on
that
promotion.
One
of
my
biggest
pet
peeves
is
stores
advertising
promotions
as
one
thing,
but
doing
something
else
or
leaving
things
out.
The
only
saving
grace
they
have
is
that
they
usually
have
new
releases
on
release
date
or
the
next
day,
though
Barnes&Noble
has
the
same
perk.
