I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, offering convenience without compromising on tranquility. The cleanliness of the facilities, including the pristine pool, contributed to a delightful and refreshing stay. The attention to detail in maintaining a neat and inviting environment truly stood out. The service provided by the staff was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Housekeeping was fairly good. Even on a floor with a bunch of Middle School boys it was mellow. They posted a security guard on our floor. The maintenance crew was unable to figure how to fix a toilet after multiple requests.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel has drug users living on premises and that activity is supported by the establishment. Front desk staff was very rude and not customer service friendly at all (I checked in during the evening) Cancelled my stay and booked at another hotel. Privately owned chain.

This place was top of the line! The staff was helpful and friendly, very welcoming. The room was very nice. Everything was clean and tidy. It was so spacious you could forget it was a hotel. The bathroom came stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotions from sought after brands. The kitchen area was well stocked and had anything you needed to stay comfortable for a few days or more! The beds were big and cozy with plush, warm blankets for a good night sleep. I would definitely recommend and would always stay again!

Beautiful downtown hotel, beautiful indoor pool, fitness center, coffee, tea, hot chocolate bar. Breakfast is availiable, 6-10 am. We didn't try but bacon smelled great. Surrounded by restaurants. Well lit, safe, very well cared for. Greeted by very friendly staff. Hotel is very clean. We settled for the double queen suite. A unique experience. A lot of perks this room not to mention very roomy. Whomever laid out this space made sure that you didn't whine for much and we didn't! Would impress people with disabilities although not handicap room per se. We adored our stay. Those beds were dreamy! See you again sometime. Thank you.

I love Holiday Inn expresses, and we have stayed at most all of them between DC and Richmond. This was OK. But it still felt like I was close to DC, as they shut the breakfast bar quickly and with no warning. Book at one a little more south. They are slightly nicer.

This is a decent hotel situated conveniently near the highway, attractions, and places to eat. The young lady at the front desk was very personable and I enjoyed the check-in process. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed with lots of pillows! My only suggestion if you're looking to stay here is to ask for a room at the front of the hotel if you're a light sleeper. Telegraph road hosts steady traffic, even late, and there's a kennel across the street so I was awoken to a symphony of barking dogs every morning at about 6 am.

They gave me a free upgrade, which was nice! Staff is helpful and friendly, free breakfast is great. Good pool and amenities. Location is excellent, being close to the highway and the mall.

I had a pleasant stay here. It was as clean as you could ask for. The breakfast was very good with many options available. I'd stay here again.
