Great staff who are very friendly and understanding to customers. The dining room is nicely decorated as well and is always clean. The food was amazing and fun to try. It allowed me to try new and amazing items in their menu. Overall the most cleanest, welcoming, and nicest restaurants out there.

Potosi taco bell has excellent customer service. Always fast and friendly. Order is always correct. Napkins and silverware always in bag. Only complaint is the cost of drinks.. if you buy a small 2.29? Might as well buy a large 2.89.

Even for being short-handed during lunch rush, the ladies at this location did a great job of getting out our food quickly. The ingredients here were probably the most fresh I've ever had from a Taco Bell as well.

This place is great the manager is amazing I was missing some stuff out of my order he told me to come right back and he would double what was missing and he did he also gave me coupons for free food.

The employees at this location do a pretty good job. My only complaint is when they forget to give condiments.

Best drive-thru experience ever! My family came through with a large, complicated order yesterday and not only did they get everything perfect (ex. one plain chalupa, one with just cheese, two no tomato), but they also wrote on the wrappers so we knew which was which before opening them. They had our order ready as we were getting to the window and the employee running the window was so sweet and sociable. This isn’t my local Taco Bell but next time I am in Potosi, I know where I’m eating!

Usually pretty good. Hit and miss on if your order is right. Mine was not this particular time but it usually is.

When I order a side of rice it's not even half full, the container it comes in. But the staff are very friendly and nice.
