I came here as the place was recommended to my by a colleague. The staff is friendly. The place is clean and the interiors are beautifully done with an eye for details. The rest rooms are clean. You get to fill in a form and point out which parts cause pain or are stiff. They do not offer classical Thai massage but only with oil. I opted for one hour massage and was hoping for a great one, as i had lots of pain in neck and shoulder. I was shown into a lovely room, where i was asked to undress, received a disposable panty in order for mine not to get oily and wear a silky robe. My feet were rubbed and washed in warm with salt and water. After that i was asked to lay on bed and the messaging started. The lady was nice, she was generous with the oil, She used hot, She started with the back, shoulders, then legs, feet. She wet towels on the back and massaged a bit more. I was asked after that to turn around and she did the front including the head, then i was done. The hour was over, but i have to admit she did not really know how to massage the muscles. It was an nice experience but not a good massage. You are offered a tea and can sit down a couple of mins before you go. For the hour you pay 89€ either cash or by card. I had better messages though!

I decided last minute I wanted a massage while visiting and Yi spa had the availability that same day. Joel ( i don't know if I spelled it right) was AMAZING. From the moment he started with the foot scrub to the end of the Royal Thai massage it was all Fabulous! The spa was clean and I love the sweet treat they give you at the end. Highly recommend.

Did the couples massage package. Absolutely wonderful, relaxing. The staff was polite, and super attentive. They were able to work out all our knots, and made it a truly worthwhile experience. We booked it initially because of their rating, and we can confirm that it met those expectations! Super enjoyable to have a foot soak and scrub treatment and the tai massage!

We had a really perfect couple massage. The atmosphere and massage itself were so good. They offered delicious tea and sweets. You also dont need to rush while changing since enough time is dedicated also for that. We tried lots of massage salons here in Berlin, so far this one is the best! Thank you

Great massages. Been there many times already. I personally really enjoy the tea before and after the massage including a treat. there is always a foot scrub included as well. Staff is very attentive. I sometimes would wish that they make more use of the chart that is filled out prior to the massage (areas of focus). Fully recommend

Earlier this week I went to Yi Spa for the first time for a 90 minute massage and 45 minute facial. Both were handled by the same person. Throughout my entire stay everyone I interacted with was super friendly. The spa smelled a bit odd and I wasnt greated with nice spa smells upon entering. My massage was relaxing for most parts but felt like some more strength would have been great as I indicated I’d like a strong massage. The facial was disappointing and there was no context shared during the different parts of the facial neither around the products that were used. I personally didn’t like most of the products that the spa used and felt like the person who helped me was not knowledgeable on this front. The packed of both cost €190 which I feel was way too over priced. For this money I would have expected something much more professional.

Very good service! The massage was great, but the atmosphere is welcoming. You get tea before, and then at the end you get some fresh juice. A full and total experience! Would go again!

Incredible value for the money. I got the Refreshing Moments Special (Foot Scrub/Massage, Full Body Massage, and Facial) and it was Devine! I couldn’t recommend this higher!!
