Unfortunately the whole thing wasn't posted because of the pictures and I only saw it now - it was all at the end of September I was with the princes yesterday, the third time in total. The first time was really good and the last two times not at all. -I would be portrayed as a liar -Service not good -I was passed around without being asked if it was ok - the two people I was passed on to did my hair so roughly, I looked really bad afterwards and they were so rough I really had a headache. -my hairdresser was nice but unfortunately he didn't do what I asked - instead of balayge I got thick gray bars dyed and I'm natural red There was a lot more going on but I really didn't have the energy anymore Conclusion - I will never go there again, I have always left a lot of money for results that are not impressive. Am disappointed. I had just had a baby and wanted to do something good for myself

Today was my first visit to this hairdresser. At reception I was greeted very nicely and my jacket and scarf were put in the cloakroom. After a short waiting time, I started immediately by asking what my wishes were. These were immediately accepted and given advice, and a cost estimate was then drawn up. The staff are all friendly and the service was quick but precise. I am completely satisfied with the end result and the price/performance ratio is also good!

I've never dyed my hair before and was a little afraid to do it, but I'm more than thrilled with the result! I initially got a consultation. My wishes were taken into account and a cost estimate was made. I immediately felt very comfortable and quickly decided to dye my hair here. Dear Müberra dyed my hair balayage today. I showed her a picture and she was able to implement it 1 to 1 and also knew immediately which cut would suit me. My results more than exceeded my expectations! Thank you again😇 The price of the consultation was also adhered to. The team's mood and the atmosphere were really great and it was definitely the right decision!

This is the second time I've been there and I'm extremely satisfied 🤗 The first time I only changed my color and this time I added hair extensions! Bei seiner Arbeit dreht es sich um die Gesundheit der Haare und um das Wohlbefinden der Person. Er ist dir ehrlich gegenüber, wenn was mit deiner haarstruktur nicht stimmt für deine Wünsche und sucht nach den besten Optionen mit Fachkunde zu deinem Kundenwunsch. Er hatte von Sekunde 1 vollstes Vertrauen von mir und hat es geschafft, mich für die Prinzen zu gewinnen. Meine Haare sehen wieder natürlich aus- das nur wegen ihm und dem Prinzen-Team. Das Vorher Bild zeigt leider nicht wie trocken und kaputt meine Haare waren,nur den Gelbstich. In der Balayage-Technik wurde ebenfalls betrachtet,dass die Haare mal zu nem Zopf gebunden werden. Und ganz davon abgesehen ist der Stufenschnitt einfach nur genial gemacht. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

I had my hair colored for the first time and I am very happy with the result. I especially felt like I was in good hands with dear Nesrin. My ideas and inspiration images were implemented brilliantly. Only recommended :)

It's been a while since I've dyed my hair because no hair salon met my expectations and wishes, but dear Athav managed to fulfill my wish. She clarified the process for me and gave me good advice at the beginning of my appointment and informed me about the costs. In the end I was more than happy with their work, really great! (Unfortunately I don't have great pictures of the great result)

My first visit to Prinzen was absolutely great! Anhar gave my blonde hair new shine again. Plus a very nice atmosphere. The price is worth it!
