Amazing atmosphere, since it’s a very clean space. Friendly stuff and didn’t had to wait to long. My treatment was amazing.

Ich war nun zwei mal bei der gleichen Waxing Behandlung mit der gleichen Kosmetikerin und bin wirklich begeistert von ihrer Arbeit. Sie arbeitet schnell, sauber und gewissenhaft. Immer wieder gerne :)

Ich war zum Augenbrauen zupfen und färben dort und die eine Augenbraue wurde dünner als die andere Braue gezupft. Ebenfalls wurde in der Mitte gezupft wodurch ein kleines Loch entstanden ist. Das Färben war leider auch schief und nicht gleichmäßig. Für das Geld einfach keine gute Qualität, werde nicht nochmal kommen und kann es leider auch nicht empfehlen.

Worst experience ever ! They are really bad at their job , I am actually surprised women are still spending money here , but I realised their audience doesn’t know enough about beauty to know they are getting horrible lash and brow lifts . You can literally do their level of work at home ! They weren’t able to do my treatment because they only had colours for white people ! Yes in this day and age they do not have any products for brown to dark skin tones . ( I wonders why they only had ethnic people in paid adds , makes sense now!) They told me they only accept card , so I came with a card , they didn’t let anyone know they only do card payments but don’t accept all cards like Amex ? If you only accept card I would expect you to take all cards or if not let people know . I was then verbally abused by the staff , treated horrendously. The fact is they do really bad jobs and only cater to white people . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

Unproblematische Terminvereinbarung und guter Service. Das Wimpernlifting hat super funktioniert und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Das Personal ist auch immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur zu empfehlen.

Mein kürzlicher Besuch im Kosmetiksalon war rundum zufriedenstellend. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und die Räumlichkeiten sauber und komfortabel. Die behandelnde Person (Mizgin) war äußerst professionell und freundlich, wobei sie ein tiefes Verständnis für meine individuellen Bedürfnisse zeigte. Nach der Behandlung fühlte sich meine Haut erfrischt und deutlich gesünder an. Ich kann diesen Salon wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

I've been there three times so far and had my nails and eyelashes done and I've always been very satisfied. I was with Naomi and even though she's only a trainee it feels like she's been doing it forever. She works very thoroughly and cleanly. In addition, my fingers never bleed with her, which I have had quite often with other nail salons. And everyone else is super nice too, you feel very comfortable there. I can only recommend it 👍🏻

I've been there three times so far, for waxing, sugaring and a pedicure with French. I've been to Naomi every time and even though she's still in training, it seems like she's always been working in this field. Her way of working is extremely thorough and tidy. It's really impressive how professional she is! The other girls are also super friendly, you feel like you're in good hands with the team. I can only recommend it!!

I asked 40 minutes in advance whether my appointment would be on time - yes, was the answer. Then I waited 15 minutes. The person who was supposed to give me the pedicure had a good chat with the customer in front of me and didn't pay any attention to me. Your colleague does. Then I left because it didn't look like it would be my turn any time soon. A pity!
