Dr Kappel is the Best dentist in whole Berlin! I found his profile online in Jameda website with a high rank. He is amazingly kind and professional, speaks really good English and treat you like a friend :) he explains about every single thing that he wants to do and makes all your stress go away! You can also get an online appointment in their website which is really handy. Also all of his colleuges are great too so don't worry if you couldn't find an empty appointment with him and trust other drs in his office :)

As a baby Berliner who recently moved to Berlin with very limited German skills, I had the most stress free experience with them. The reception staff were friendly as well as the rest of team who took X Ray for me were also great and patient. Basically guide me through with the whole process. I had two severe tooth required complicated treatment. I did research prior approaching this clinic. Dr Li with his assistant saved me from great pain and replace two beautiful brand new tooth. You could easily tell from the picture how thrilled I was when I just left the clinic. Due to the fact that I am working at the same time they scheduled me an appointment by Saturday!! Amazing right?! I did not suffer any pain or stress and has no difficulties at all for eating, despite of the fact that I had anesthesia. Dr Lee’s time management and medical skills were fantastic, I strongly recommend this clinic even it is 40 mins away from where I live. Totally worth it !

I don’t even know where to start. So, I’ll go straight to the point: Dr Nils Kappel is the best dentist out there! I am a patient with Dr Kappel for 4 years already and besides all the inevitable pain, which our teeth sometimes cause - it’s been always a pleasure! He is incredibly careful and gentle. Patient and kind. Always looking for the best possible solution. He takes a genuine pleasure in what he is doing, so you can clearly see that he has chosen his profession with the heart and passion. The precision of his hand is truly indisputable. He always explains every step on the way, so you know what’s going on and by that feel more secure. Usually, by his side there is a lovely Assistant Saida – which is so nice and also very qualified. Lately, due to the bad condition of my teeth - we made almost full mouth of ceramic crowns, and oh boy – they look beautiful!!! The technician, who works behind the scenes in the Praxis and who created my new teeth did an incredible job. It is so relieving that I don’t have to worry about anything anymore, because I know I am in good hands and I can expect nothing else, but a great service. So, take my word - if you consider making dental crowns – there is no better place to do it! Also, Dr Nils speaks great English, which was very helpful in the whole process, as my German is only on communicative level. As an addition to all of the above, the Praxis itself is very modern and well equipped with new and up-to-date dental devices. Everyone is kind and smiling. I had an appointment with Mr. Manchev and he really made me feel calm and comfortable with the whole procedure. I normally detest going to the dentist, as I am terrified of it, but his confidence and friendly approach made it very easy for me. he is professional, skilled, and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Li is recommended by Chinese-speaking community quite a lot in the social media, but I would like to say that he’s not so responsible. Once the patient asked if something should be done to prevent a problem, he just did it without proficient suggestions if it was really a problem. Besides, his Chinese assistant is quite unfriendly.

After a lot of research, I found the practice and decided to book an appointment with Dr Nils Kappel. As a dentist my myself, I can honestly say the practice was superb. The staff were friendly and Dr Nils was competent, empathetic and very patient. An overall great experience!
