The rooms are connected by a shared bathroom with toilet. Means you have to lock 2 doors if you don't want to surprise a patient from the next room. The bathroom is not barrier-free, very small and absolutely unsuitable for a surgical station. The shower, for example, is not level with the floor and there is nowhere to hold on to. UPDATE <<EOT>> Es handelt sich um ein frei stehendes Gebäude älteren Baujahres auf dem Gelände der Klinik. Das von mir belegte und auch das Nachbarzimmer sind als 3-Bett-Zimmer ausgelegt. Die Zimmer sind durch ein gemeinsames Bad mit WC verbunden. Heißt, man muss 2 Türen verschließen, möchte man nicht das einen Patienten aus dem Nachbarzimmer überraschen. Das Bad ist nicht Barrierefrei sehr klein und absolut ungeeignet für eine Chirurgische Station. Die Dusche z.B. ist nicht Bodengleich und es gibt nirgendwo die Möglichkeit sich festzuhalten. Die Zimmer sind mit TV (ich schätze 24 Zoll und gut 3-4 Meter entfernt) ausgestattet, welcher mit einem Schwenkarm an der Wand befestigt ist. Ton mittels Klinkenanschluss über das Telefon. Heißt im schlimmsten Fall, drei unterschiedliche Programmwünsche und eine Fernbedienung. Antiquarisch - die Betten zum Teil auch. WLAN ist gut und stabil. Mobilfunknetz-Empfang (O2) gut - hervorragend. Sauberkeit wird durch eine gewissenhafte und freundliche Putzkraft sichergestellt. Frühstück und Abendbrot mittels Buffetwagen. Finde ich ok. Man ist nicht so festgelegt. Mittagessen gibt es zwei zur Auswahl. Nahrhaft und teils auch schmackhaft. Ist halt kein Toskanaurlaub. Das Catering-Team ist sehr nett und freundlich. Pflegeteam. Wie überall gibt es immer gute und besonders gute. Im großen und ganzen sehr nette, freundliche und in meinen Augen das wichtigste - kompetente und auch emphatische Gesundheits- und Pflegekräfte. Das gilt gleichermaßen für das Ärzteteam. Die 4 Sterne wurden hier eindeutig durch die Mitarbeiter erreicht.

    It is big and clean. They do act fast, but still there are some students which have no Idea how to treat patients and also just wasting your time. We have bin there for pain but at the end they have no Idea what was the problem and just gave us the pain killer and advice us to go home. it was just few hours spending without result. I did not see any effort to try to find the problem, but they where respectful and some of them speak english very good.

    Honestly, in internal medicine they are waiting for the elderly to die or leave on their own. No doctors on hand, poor treatment of patients and a lack of communication with family members.

    This is THE hospital to be if you have endocrinology issues. The best surgeon in the north of Germany. I upgraded to a private room (same cost as a nice hotel room) and have had the most incredible experience. Surgeon, nurses, staff are happy and professional. Thrilled!!!!

    Best attendment ever! It was a really fast support provided since reception till the doctor. I would like to remember I was there as a foreigner because I don't speak German but all doctor treat and explain very good it procedure to solve my problem. I am very glad I found this hospital!

    I had OP at schöne Klinik last week. I stayed there for 3days. I was referred by my orthopaedic doctor to visit a specific doctor at Schöne Klinik for which I got call for appointment from hospital in two days following an emergency referral. Orthopaedic doctors are experienced and knowledgeable. My problem was diagnosed properly. Doctors and nurses speak English so as a non-German speaker I felt understood and well informed about everything. I was given appointment a month later for surgery. I had to visit doctor one day before OP for checkup, covid test and for signing contract which 4-5 hrs (Mostly in summer the waiting is high as hospital is low on staff + there are a lot patients) Day of surgery reached 3hrs before the time and was taken through all the facilities in room then was prepared for OP. After coming back from OP surgeon visited me to check if I was doing good after I came back to full consciousness. During my stay at hospital nurses at station 7D took really good care of me. The rooms were clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Rooms toilet was cleaned everyday. Atmosphere was quite and pleasant. There are two beds in one room (caz of covid restrictions). Food was good. They serve hot meal for lunch everyday and give vegetarian aswell as non-veg option for lunch. (Breakfast and dinner was mostly bread and salads and tea/coffee) Daily morning visits from doctor. 24/7 nurse on the floor to help with any needs. Basically, they provided me with all the things which made my stay comfortable. Overall it was a positive experience. The only thing I did not like was the waiting times on the day before OP and on consultation day. I also visited emergency section on weekend which had also a lot of waiting time literally had to be there for 5-7 hrs for which I will deduct one star. I hope this helps.

    Good waiting times and knowledge personal. Convenient parking. Although it seemed doctors exaggerate the need for tests a little (to get more money out of insurance company?)

    Bad Experience, from the assessment of the triage nurses in the emergency room to the medical management of the surgery doctors. Need to go in and out of the hospital that could be prevented if handled properly and if my medical case was not taken for granted. It should have been only 1 Star, just adding 1 more Star for the nurses who treated me fairly and for the Food Service.
