The online store did not let me pay with a non-german card for ""security reasons"". Which doesn't sound too logical since I've been able to use in a plethora of different places with 0 issues so it seems like an arbitrary store decision.I couldn't even select to pick my order up at a store because that option was "not available" (no details as to why that was the case). Credit card companies and banks already have their own safety measures. Heck, they even advertised 3d-pay on the site. This seems like a very non-sensical and annoying decision given that A LOT of their items are only available in the online store. I also tried calling and was on hold for a half hour before hanging up. No one bothered to answer.

Interessante Kombi Schallplatten, Sneaker und Bekleidung zu kaufen. Wir sind wegen der Schallplatten gekommen und haben auch eine gefunden. Allerdings gibt es hier nur neue Vinyl und nichts Gebrauchtes. Die Preise sind im normalen Bereich.

One of the most unpleasant customer service I have experienced in the couple of years. It is sad for me to write such a opinion, about the brand I have imagined as a golden grail of the vinyl shops. The stuff was annoyed and treated me with snub attitude. Next time I will probably stick to the online experince.

Besuch des Ladens vor Ort lohnt sich kaum noch. Klamotten gefühlt nur in drei Farben erhältlich. Kundenservice online hat stark nachgelassen. Liegt wohl daran, dass das Unternehmen zum größten Vinyl Mailorder in Deutschland (vielleicht sogar Europa) angewachsen ist und man nicht mehr auf seine Stammkunden (habe selber bestimmt schon 2000 Euro für Platten in dem Laden gelassen) angewiesen ist. Besonders spürbar am äußerst zu bemängelnden Kundenservice.

This relates to the on-line purchase and customer care support experience. They are not fully transparent on the delivery cost, and would not do much to fix things. You may easily end up in paying triple the price of records if not super careful! They basically make you cherish your small local record sellers much more.

I should say this is mostly about their music side of the business: but they have an odd customer experience that is way different between their physical and online store. First: hardly anything they have online is available in store. So don’t bother going to collect anything if you’re passing by. Second: when you order online you can no longer collect it in store (altho you used to before Corona). It’s basically two different businesses and I’m not sure what the point is in having a physical space now tbh. However, I will say their online shop is amazing. They just need to join the dots.

I’m really disappointed, after waiting for almost a year for a record to be release, after the release date has been postponed so many times, it ended up not being released, this meant that the record in Discogs increased a lot from that moment til now and is way more expensive than it was last year, if I knew you wouldn’t have stock for this record I would have bought it from the beginning from discogs. All I got from this was a pathetic apologize and a refund for 9,99 € Is not only about price, is about playing records you like and not waiting for a year to be turned over and now I need to wait longer and pay more to get my hands on this record. I’ve been a client overseas for years from this shop, and during every visit I’ve had in Berlin.

They let me pay 350€ of custom fee instead of simply taking a return. I am trying to reach them explain them that i dont want to pay this fee because the goods were only 200€ and the fee is almost twice, they DIDNT HELP ME AT ALL. I am sick to my stomach whenever i think about records because od them. I paid a whole months salary just because they DONT WANT TO take back the records!

Ordered vinyls, were sent without house number. The package traveled for 1-2 weeks, eventually went back to the sender. The shop promised me they will send it again. Instead my money was returned. Tried to fixed it (really wanted those vinyls), in the end they stopped replying to my e-mails. Just disappointing.

A great vinyl and street wear shop. The great part is that you can listen to the vinyls, so it's easy to lose track of time. Good selection of street wear but relatively limited. Great brands and clothes! I have ordered several times online and I have received all the items in good packaging and on time! The only negative is the price for shipping which I can understand since it's shipped abroad (to Greece).

Habe den Store einfach nur für die Abholung einer online Bestellung ausgewählt und wollte nur schnell meine Sneaker nach der Arbeit abholen. Das erste Mal da gewesen. Direkt eine mega herzliche Begrüßung bekommen als wäre ich seit 10 Jahren Stammkunde und eine Spezi zur Erfrischung. Sneaker problemlos abgeholt in einem extra dafür vorgesehen Bereich. Beide Verkäufer mega nett gewesen und eine richtig gute Empfehlung für essen gab es auch noch dazu! Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Best Vinyl Store in Berlin. The sellers are incredibly helpful and friendly. Also I was looking for vinyl sponge and brush and they’re the only one who has that offline.

Never received my order. Great vinyl selection but terrible experience online. I order and paid 2 vinyl, but I haven't received anything. I'm trying to contact the sales service but they are very slow to answer and not pro active at all.

Found some shoes that were out of stock everywhere in the UK available with HHV. (At a lower price too!) Saw all the good reviews so took the chance and I wasn't disappointed. Shipping was super quick and arrived exactly when they said it would. Have had to wait longer to receive parcels from inside the UK. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you HHV!

not reliable. Don't waste your time with them. They don't respond to emails when you ask about a possible purchase. Imagine if you finally buy something and there is a problem and you want to contact them... You will wait forever...

Ich bestelle bei ebay 2 neue Vinyl Platten vom selben Label. Diese kommen erfreulich schnell an. Aber ich hatte mich zu früh gefreut. Beide Platten ohne Verschweißung. Beide Platten extrem verschmutzt. Beide Platten verkratzt. So wird das nicht vom Hersteller heraus gegeben ! Sie wurden also bereits im Laden zum anhören benutzt und dabei verdreckt und verkratzt. Auch nach 3 x reinigen ist immer noch zu erkennen dass sich die Nadel bereits nach ein zwei Titeln immer noch sofort zusetzt. Die dicke angetrocknete Masse lässt sich also nicht vollständig aus den Tiefen der Rillen entfernen. Man hat angeboten das ich die Platten zu nur 50 % vom Kaufpreis behalten kann. Der Art Material legt man nicht mal für 1 € auf den Teller um sich die teure Nadel zu ruinieren ! Was hat man sich nur dabei gedacht ? Update: Man entschuldigt sich zur Bewertung mit schönen Grüßen aber den bezahlten Betrag für zurück gesendete Ware erhällt man nicht. Was für ein Quatsch !

Ordered some vinyls november 17th. 15 days ago they were shipped. Tracking number doesn't provide any updates. Customer service says it can take up to 5 weeks (!) to delivery my shipment. I think all this is truely irregular. You can get a shipment from China via Aliexpress in half this time!

Disastrous. I don't recommend it to anyone. I've been waiting for more than a year and a half for two of the vinyls I bought back in the day, and they haven't arrived. I bought 3 in total, and only one has arrived. The other two remaining ones are in stock, soon they stop being, they are back again... and they never send them to me. I have already contacted Customer Service several times to solve it, but they do not solve anything at all. I will surely end up asking for a refund, as this is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend buying anything in this store. It's desperate.

Bring back store pickup please. I'm living in only 10 minutes of pleasant walk, but now I must wait for a week till hermes bring me my order for extra 5€

I live in Poland and often I order from HHV some records using online option and shipping to my country. When I found out that I will be in Berlin I knew that I am gonna visit HHV because I love their online service and the biggest surprise for me was to discover that HHV.de (online) has nothing to do with their stationary store. There are more clothes than vinyl records. Better to you to know that before you will have as huge as mine expectations. I strongly recomended their online store: hhv.de 👍🏼

I made a few orders online and I was in the store twice or maybe three times. Really nice and helpful people. Helped me change my order a few times without any fuss about it. Thank you one more time :) regarding the prices you can see by yourself but delivery cost is reasonable and there is no hidden vat cost. one of the good places out there

Cannot order pick up in store :( Bit bad customer service too (in store). The man behind the desk did not want to help at all, lols! Big difference from Hardwax where you get a smile when you enter the store a bye when you leave the store.

Records in the store are very limited. It seems this is mostly a lifestyle store. Clothes etc. There are approx 40 bins of records. Knowing the website I expected many more. Staff is very helpful and friendly though.

Have made an order 11.26 , 12.01 received preorder for 12.15. On 12.15 haven't received any info , so made a call . I was informed stock is full and ill receive my order before Christmas. 12.16 received an email for preorder 05.01.24! Contacted today for more info unfortunately it was short and clear chat “ nothing what we can do about it” . So as I understand stock was full on dec. 15 just got unlucky coz i was not the first in line. Disappointed after customer service had to cancel my order.
