Products are not bad but expensive. Horrible client service. Such a business deserves to be killed by Amazon and the like. The only advantage of Bauhaus is that one could get advice, when one can't get that advice because the employees don't know how to listen or don't care, Long Live Amazon!

A large store in Spandau behind ikea. This store also has a nautical department for boat owners. Friendly staff pointed out where we could find what we looking for. Be careful on the way out with the one way system over the level crossing.

A huge store full of DIY products. The staff our friendly and give good advice. Has a large garden section. Has amazing free catalogues for each section.

I always seem to find the friendly staff here. One annoyance is the company policy of the employees not revealing their name - even when asked - and is ridiculous - especially as when they go on the 'phone they great the caller with their name and department. The world is slowly, but surely going mad - and it's not covid related!

Big store with a lot of stuff and many employees that you can talk to to find the stuff you are looking for. Also there are 4 self check stations that make payment quick.

After roaming the shop for a while without anyone in site to help, I met this lovely shop assistant called Pottiez and all of sudden all my worries went away! She was comfortable speaking in English with me, we went from aisle to aisle getting every single thing I came to buy and she even found me a great deal on a sink on sale that was not on display ! The best sink ever for that deal ! Give the girl a promotion ! She understands customer service and going the extra mile ! ☺️
