Parking space and ambience is good.Food is below average. No proper co-ordination between staff. Needs much improvement in coustmer service. Now they started table service also with self service

An ideal hang out space for family and friends at Potta, chalakudy on the national highway. Good ambience, clean wash rooms. Fried chicken, pizza and burgers

My recent experience at Chicking left much to be desired. The service was sluggish, with long wait times and a noticeable lack of attentiveness from the staff. The quality of the chicken was disappointing, as it tasted not properly cooked and lacking the juiciness one would expect. The cleanliness of the establishment was also questionable, with untidy tables and floors adding to the overall discomfort.Every times mistake happens regarding the order placed by the customers. There was no straw for the juice/drinks ordered. Proper immediate training required to the all staffs.

Food was good quality. The behavior of the staffs was also nice. Alphonso Mango Juice is a nice item... but price is slightly high because they added some ice cubes on it, so the quantity of juice decreased...

The food was tasty and service was good. The location is easily recognisable from heavy traffic. Parking space is provided infront.

I just went along with my family to chicking today and had a 10 pcs chicken bucket...along with 2 buns and fries 🍟 ... Fully satisfied with the overall experience... Nice food and great hospitality...the atmosphere was great... Just Loved it ... The offer prices are available on every Monday and Wednesday... Enjoy along with your family and friends...

I recently visited Chicking Potta and had a disappointing experience. The person at the billing section seemed disinterested and was slow in taking orders. When inquiring about combo offers for two, there was no assistance in choosing the best option. The washroom was not clean, and the food delivery took a lengthy 40 minutes. While the service was okay, the chicken was poorly cooked, excessively oily, resulting in below-average food quality. Overall, not a satisfying visit.

It is too sad to find the aircondition is broken in your outlet at chalakudy when we came to have a birthday celebration. It was too uncomfortble for all of us. Too bad service from a reputed company.

it was my second time. I would like to give 10/10 for your car parking, atmosphere, service and ambiance but food below average. I ordered 2 piece chicken ,1 burger, 1 coleslaw cost Rs 407. Where ever i travel in the world these are my favourite fast food.. fried chicken was too spicy and cold. I got a cold Burger and coleslaw was extremely disappointing. As a customer from chalakudy i don't recommend it again. If someone would like to have a KFC kind of chicken and burger in chalakudy. i would suggest "Bravia fried chicken chalakudy". They dont have parking space and ambiance but his 20 years of experience only with KFC makes the difference.
