It was my first time at Belissima. After my research and consideration of all possible options I decided to go and try Belissima. I was very pleasantly surprised by Karina’s response and communication. Karina came across as very warm and welcoming person. When I came for my treatment Karina was expecting me and I didn’t have to wait extra time. Karina explained everything to me in detail. Karina is very friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and extremely professional person. Karina knows what she is doing . I am very happy with my treatment, I had anti wrinkle treatment in three areas. Honestly trust me from my previous horrible experiences with other people I can promise that Karina really knows what she is doing. My lips are difficult as migration is sooo easy for me to experience, I have dissolved with Karina and she refilled so naturally I cannot express my satisfaction. All I know for myself is I will never change Karina and that I sincerely recommend her too. It's not about taking money from me for her own benefit, it feels as if she is actually trying to do the best for me, which she does.

Three weeks ago, I had my first appointment with Karina for Botox treatment. Everyone was so friendly from the minute I walked it. Karina was absolutely amazing and truly listened to what I wanted, I had a follow up appointment so she could see how my face reacted, and she kept in contact with me via WhatsApp throughout and sent me my before and after photos.
