    Horrible experience. Mistakes on so many levels and the manager blames a big game. (Yankees). I reminded the “manager” the restaurant is was no where near full. Cold food, no utensils, waiting to order drink. Very unprofessional. I can only recommend the tater tots. Only food that came out correct.

    I consistently order from this location online, but the salads are now beginning to arrive half full. You can tell that that are severely skimping out, especially on lettuce (which, I don't understand why - considering lettuce is probably cheaper than goat cheese and chicken). I used to think Sweetgreen was worth the price considering the salads would really fill you up, but now there's no point. Guess this is the sign I need to start making my own...

    Don't order online, half the ingredients will likely be missing. If they are out of something they won't mention it, they just won't add it.

    Let me start and say I do love Sweetgreen so it’s upsetting I have to give 2 stars. I ordered a kale salad. Two bites in, I see a big black beetle running around my salad. I bring it back, they give me a new kale salad and said those bugs tend to be in kale and this has happened before. They give another kale salad, and another one of the same beetle running around. It’s a shame they don’t inspect their lettuce. It’s too pricey to have this happen.

    I never write reviews let alone negative reviews, but I really used to like this place and its sad to see how things have declined. I've come here all the time since 2018, and the past few months Ive just noticed so many miscues. Mistakes happen, I can let them go, and the servers work really hard here, but whats been most annoying is receiving wings with basically no sauce on them. This has been so prevalent the past few times Ive began paying for an order of my sauces on the side to dip them in it. It hit me that I shouldn't be doing this. Ordering takeout just isnt even worth it anymore because somethings going to go wrong (wrong dipping sauce/wrong wing type etc). As for eating in, the foods still good, when its done right. Im just hoping to see things go back to the QC they had in 2019/2020.

    Great bone in wings, love the Buffalo chicken sandwich. The chocolate cake dessert is perfect. Every game that you can possibly think of. I tried the Carolina reaper wings for the first time tonight, try at your own risk. Trivia night, friendly servers. Becoming my favorite sports bar.

    I requested and advised ahead that wings I got last time are quite dry . Please let the chef know and make them a little saucy . This is what I got , They are thai curry , Mango habenaro , Parmesan Garlic and Carolina reaper . I can understand the reaper one but all others felt like dry rub wings . I am completely disappointed.

    What happened here and it’s NOT Covid? Wings taste boiled then fried …. Service ok let’s say all new workers but come on train your employees. Drop drinks… food delay NO napkins no utensils. If I could put zero stars, I would, that’s the fact. The one star TVs had power. Yes it was that bad. Fix it people, clients like this restaurant and name brand but you have to bring it.

    Chopped salad not chopped. Canned shredded chicken was dumped on top. Wish I took a picture! Looked like they threw it in the pan to "grill" it. Drinks were really good. Haven't been here in a couple of years this trip solidify not going back.

    First set of wings were so cold that we had to send them back. We were also seated in the back room with ten males screaming and clapping in our ears. Not one single waitress did anything. I myself had to turn around and tell them to keep the noise down there's no need to scream. Another individual continued to say that he wanted to put holes in me for telling them to lower the volume. Bad experience never going back.

    Food was very enjoyable! We went for my boyfriends birthday and of course, they sang to him haha! The service was a little slow, took about 20 minutes for each item to be brought to the table other than the meal, we know that takes time but I'm talking about drinks, napkins, a few appetizer plates. It also seemed as if the Waitress was annoyed with us for asking so much of her. We left a good tip because of that (and also because we're nice) otherwise I would of left a dollar. Other than that, the great food made up for it!

    Ordered the large serving of cheese curds which cost almost 11 bucks. Only thing large about it was the box. Literally only just enough to cover the bottom of the box. Its pretty typical anywhere to get less on takeout than dine in but for the price the serving size is just sad if this is the new standard

    I have gone here several times, but during the Covid pandemic, the place was clean and everyone was spread out. Our waitress took a long time to serve my friends after getting my drink. I was charged for an item I didn’t order. She apologized later since she forgot to give our check. We were there over a hour. Not a good place to get in and get out. It wasn’t busy at all and my friends were disappointed because it was never like this 6 months ago during normal times. I am hoping to update my review because we come here for wings and beer during big games. Just posting this because I know they can do better. I love BWW!

    Basic bar food, but good. Lots of TVs, huge screens. Great place for watching a sporting event. Happy Hour drink specials on Fridays. Booths have plexiglass dividers for social distancing.

    We always have a great time here. Service has always been lovely and food is solid in-person and take out. Tonight we had a particularly great experience with McKenzie who took care of our table while serving a very large party as well. She got all of our picky eater’s particular orders with multiple substitutions completely correct (a rare occurrence for our family when eating out lol) and overall went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Working in customer service is no easy feat, but she handled it with grace, staying organized, timely, and being very friendly and personable. We would totally give more stars if we could!! Give her employee of the month and a raise!!

    Not only do you need an account to order a salad but you need to CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL TO MAKE SURE ITS REALLY YOU ORDERING A DAMN SALAD. Then the website tells you its not the right password... over it. Stupidest idea ever. I no longer want your salad.

    I’ve been here several times however will not be giving this location any more money. The staff is pretty unprofessional talking to themselves making jokes and being loud. Of course I didn’t come here for the staff so I always overlooked it. Most recently, I ordered their shroomami bowl and upon getting home found the rice wasn’t even half cooked. Crunchy and hard? Maybe it was burnt but none the less it was inedible

    The food is on par with other Sweetgreen locations but this is consistently the slowest one I've ever been to. Maybe they are understaffed but I'm not convinced that's the case. Online orders could be another reason. Even at the lunch rush they only have one person making salads to order. I only come here if I am not under time pressure.

    Ordered sweetgreen online and realized I had forgot to add a side of chicken to my order. In attempts to correct it before it was picked up for delivery I called the store it was being prepared at (chestnut hill) If you think there’s even a slight chance of speaking to an actual person FORGET IT. The automated robotic menu does not allow you to ever get a real person on the phone. I feel like I was calling national grid. I ended up texting their phone number for help and was told it is impossible to edit an order once it’s been placed. While I understand that’s not a crazy standard for some restaurants, I asked if I could possibly just add to the order and pay with a credit card over the phone (for a freakin $3.75 chicken thigh side) to which I was told I’d have to place a whole new order and pay for delivery and service fees even though my order hadn’t even been picked up yet. The chicken isn’t the point. If anyone from sweetgreen actually reads this I think you guys can definitely improve on being more accommodating as I’ve seen many other reviews speaking negatively about customer service. Update: the bowl came half full and I am extremely “over it”. Not worth 18 bucks. Could be eating chipotle right now... sweetgreen has definitely lost a customer.

    If you order online and you don't see your order on the pickup shelf, ASK, because the employees at this store leave orders behind the counter. They do this even when the pickup time is passed, even during lunch when people are in a hurry to get back to their job. You could end up sitting around while others people walk in, place an order order, and leave, all while your online order is getting stale behind the counter. And if you asked for bread with you salad, check before you walk out the door.

    Ordered from Uber eats and they did not notify me that they were out of chicken until my delivery person was already there. At this point I had waited almost an hour and they had no meat whatsoever. Had to order from one of the few restaurants that was still open and wait almost another hour for my food. Very unhappy, do not place late night uber deliveries with this restaurant.

    I’ve eaten at several of the Sweetgreen locations and I have to say I like the salads a lot and the quality is quite good ;(provided they don’t run out of ingredients )which happens often in Chestnut Hill. However, the Chestnut Hill location is the absolute worst as far as service goes . The staff is loud , unprofessional and beyond slow. If there’s a manager there ; they really need to teach these employees the proper way to serve customers. I wouldn’t go back there again . Even though their salads are good; or at least NOT to this one. Not worth it.

    I religiously eat at sweetgreen at locations across Boston and this was by far my worst experience. Staff was disrespectful (most were messing around in the back, screeching and laughing) and moved VERY slowly with a line out the door. Wrong ingredients were put into salads one person after another. I will never come back to this location. Manager needs to do some serious training.

    Terrible management filled with incompetent workers. We ordered the special, wasn’t told it didn’t apply to the 20 piece. Called again to clarify and was told to come and pick up the FREE 20 piece and was told to Pay for it when we arrived. Wasted gas on 2 trips for the manager to say he couldn’t accommodate us. Got a place that’s rarely busy you’d think they would want to do better business. We literally eat here every week which is disappointing.

    Ordered online to be picked up at 5:20pm. Immediately checked email for confirmation of order and it says your order will be ready at 4pm. I call Immediately to tell them the issue and they tell me the boneless wings that i ordered sauce on the side are already done. I explained we wanted our order at 5:20 and that's how we ordered it. She told me to wait for her to talk to her manager. Finally get told they'll print the order and put it in at 5 so it'll be ready on time. Husband gets there at 520, advised order just went in. Finally get order, my wings are covered in hot sauce. Now my husband has to wait again to get the right wings. I Ordered 2 blue cheese, one carrot, and one celery that is on the order receipt he got. Guess what? None. Called back they tried to say my husband said he didn't want it. I actually an extremely upset as I've had back surgery a few weeks ago and I'm sure not sending him back out while his food gets cold for my blue cheese. First time back in a while...probably the last

    i would like to start off with the fact that i have done mobile orders at many buffalo wild wings before and never had an experience like this one. we made our mobile order around 540 and was told our food would be ready at 610. it was in fact not ready at 610 or 615….or 620……..OR 625. we did not receive our food until 630! the worst part is there was literally nobody in the restaurant, it was a dead sunday night. i understand that it may take time to make certain orders but it was annoying they said it would be ready at 610 and wasn’t. all we ordered was 2 orders of 10 count wings and a salad. very unsatisfied with my experience.

    Overall a good experience. Typical BWW with chill vibes. The younger waitresses tend to get distracted by friends/family/coworkers hanging around on certain days. Should make rounds on your tables a little more often. Could've been a staffing shortage on the day I went with my family. This place makes excellent burgers. They tend to overcook their wings on occasion and it doesn't seem that adequate care is placed when either dry rubbing or tossed in sauce. You'll get the occasional 3-5 wings heavily coated while some others lack. Maybe the chef should use better techniques in spreading the flavor. Great job on the burgers though! My daughter will not eat a burger from anywhere else!

    Service was TERRIBLE! Not only did she not check on our table the entire time, but we had to go find her just for water to be able to eat our food. It was my fiancés birthday and I asked specifically for cheesecake so they would sing to him. The cheesecake was dropped on the table and no one came to sing. Then we had to find a manager after 20 minutes to find our server to leave. After that we left 70$ on the table and the server chased us down claiming there was only a 20 on the table and I had to walk back and show her the money. At this point I told her I was not tipping her and her redemption was “I don’t care you’re not breaking my bank”. Not a single apology and the food definitely was not bad but not worth the horrible experience.

    when you arrive at this place you must go with enough time because your food will take a long time to arrive, it is a quite noisy place in case you want to go with people who prefer silence, the atmosphere is sporty and therefore the noise, the mild wings are a bit salty but their burgers are very good! I recommend the breaded pickles!!!!

    While we were in the Danbury area (by mall), we decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings. A mistake! The place was quite dreary, there was no hostess at door. We stood, waited several minutes-nobody assisted us. I went to a customer asking about service. She told me there was "one" girl on the floor...no one else to help her. (I think she may havr been cooking too!) Continued to wait a few more minutes, walked out very disappointed. Today we went to the one on Rte 9, Wappingers. It was GREAT, no longer disappointed. Waitress and Manager very friendly, service good and food delicious. We are NO longer disappointed!

    I will NEVER order from this location again. What poor customer service they have and they should be ashamed. I ordered over the phone, when I arrived they didn’t even have my name on my order and they kept asking me what was your order. I told them my order and when I received my order it had an “E” on it and when the girls handed me my ordered they nervously laughed. I got in the car and before even leaving the parking lot they missed 3 items in my order, I had to go back into the building and tell them about it. I showed them the receipt and when they saw the receipt and said that they thought i said salt and vinegar on the side not 3 orders of fries with salt and vinegar on it. Listen I get it you miss stuff in an order no problem. BUT THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! I told them that it was their fault and the girl stood there and said “well yeah i didn’t hear you right on the phone” I was so upset that i stupidly paid the money and left. What poor professionalism and customer service, this is NOT how you run a business.

    These guys do a great job on wings! They also have great deals throughout the week both in the restaurant and on their app. The atmosphere is great if you're into sports. It's a fantastic place to go watch any game and the beer is ice cold!

    I keep on trying to give them a chance! I’m done after tonight! Order always wrong! Tonight wrong again and had to wait! Food cold I told them n they said they would fixed it! Well they overheated it in the microwave! Sorry I don’t go out to eat for rubbery dry food! Lol I could do that at home! They lady at the register was very nice and great! I just wish they food was the same!

    Food was excellent, was pleasantly surprised by their smash burgers. Didn't actually get any wings this time funny enough. Waitress was ok point and nice to my son and I. Will definitely go there again.

    Placed a very simple To-go order 2 hours prior to be ready 6:00… was waiting until 6:30. Incredibly unacceptable. I couldn’t eat my food because I was clocked out on break for work. So when I got back my food went cold. This BWW needs to get its act together. To-go here takes way too long to begin with. Way way too long. It’s just wings, not caviar. Speed it up.

    I was a regular here before the pandemic, once, twice a week. Everything went south, blame the pandemic? I'm not sure, but on this visit, my first in 2 years, it ALL played out pretty well. There weren't many people there AT ALL.... Saturday night, 8 o'clock???? Our food was served quickly and hot, the service was fine, I'll be going back.

    My husband and I had a gift card so we went for dinner. We hadn't been to a BWW in a while and in that time the wings have gone WAAAY down. Our wings were barely coated and were mostly just breading. The server we had was very nice and attentive. We probably won't be back to any location.

    Every once in a while I go into a full-service restaurant that really WOW’s me. Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at the Buffalo wild wings Wappingers Falls location. What made this experience more than outstanding was the Server Kassara. Right from the get-go she went above and beyond to have me try a non-alcoholic beer that was one of the best I’ve ever had. Trust me these are really hard to come by. In addition to this she made sure I could get a nice grilled chicken breast sandwich with super hot fries. She really had impeccable service . Everything from the greeting. The order-taking.. The two minute check back. What really makes her way above the rest is her smile. Her positivity. The way she carries herself and brings all that positive energy into the guest experience. I highly recommend this wild wings. If you go there, definitely ask for Kassara! You’ll be glad you did!

    I ordered teriyaki and sweet BBQ boneless chicken, and the food was incredibly salty. I got two or three pieces in before I gave up and didn't even want to finish the meal. Top that off with charging for every single sauce dip we didn't ask for. I remember why I don't eat here.

    Incapable of getting an order correct. Ordered on door dash. Food was prepared wrong and missing things as well. Went through door dash to complain and also called the restaurant since the mistake was theirs. Almost 10 minutes on the phone most of which was on hold to get a replacement made. Picked it up got home and still wrong.

    Got food poisoning. Got sick to my stomach within two hours. It was overly fried. God knows how old they actually were. And how many times they were refried, I will NEVER set foot back in there. Didn’t want to go in the first place but someone I was with loves wings.
