A quality and comfortable hotel at the foot of Povazska Bystrica castle. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar areas were closed when we visited and there are no restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable although complimentary tea and coffee was not included on the room. The staff are very helpful and accomodating.

Zimmer und Hotel waren sauber. Die Matratzen sind längst überfällig. Von Bequem ist nicht mehr die Rede! Das frühstück hat auch extrem nachgelassen.

Very nice and quite place. The hotel just restarted after covid. Very polite service, good food (I had chicken breast with baked potatos). Clean, warm and large rooms. Parking in front of hotel. I recommend it.

On arrival we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who did not know English at all, which was a shock to me. During the stay most of the restaurant was closed and my colleagues and I went to eat in the city center. The hotel is generally quiet, the worse is the cleanliness of the hotel, the room was untidy, the walls at the reception or in my room were dirty. Satisfaction was with the staff at the restaurant. The food was worse. The price of accommodation is also high. We do not recommend with colleagues.

Double room 79 Euro without breakfast, is too high price. The receptionist girl didn't give almost any information for us, so their restaurant closed too early (8.45 pm) we stayed without food. They haven't aercondiotioner. The hugh spider was frightening in the room. The receptionist boy was very helpful and kind. :-) We found the Santa Maria church. Thank you.

Klasse Hotel in ruhiger Lage: Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, geräumig und alles sehr sauber. Das Restaurant bietet viel Platz und eine Ordentliche Auswahl. Es gibt eine Bar mit Billiardzimmer im Keller. Die Preise sind für den Ort zwar nicht günstig, aber für das gebotene sehr angemessen.

Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage. Auch im Hotel ist es ruhig. Das hauseigene Restaurant hat zwar nicht viel Auswahl, dafür ist das Essen aber gut. Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten, dafür aber sauber.

Sehr große Zimmer. Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Personal spricht Englisch
