I had good experience with both doses of covacin over there. Nurses were very gentle n safety precautions taken like syringe was replaced for each person. Front desk staff was very professional n cooperative.

Worst services . They don't have doctors in clinic , inexperienced clinical staff and doctors. They are fooling customers,i visited the clinic because my son was suffering from fever, instead of looking at my kid, the staff was trying to sell packages.they are sales person like travel agent. doesnt look like hospital clinic. doctor prescribed 10 blood tests for small kid .immediately i visited hirandani hospital . the doctor said we don't need to go for these blood test for fever. receptionist and other staff were least bother about the patient time.

Nice experience at healthspring powai. All the staff are very helpful from reception till the doctor. The dietician Dr Nikita is very supportive in helping me to have a healthy diet. I was diagnosed with Diabetics, fatty liver and deficiency in vitamin D and Cholesterol .. After consulting Dr Kshritija who prescribed medicines plus advised to go for a dietitian with proper workout on daily basis. To my wonder the medicine plus the advise on diets and change in life style worked very well. She is very practical and highly professional.. I am really a happy customer. Am really unhappy as I was told with premium package certain consultations would be available on a single day and hence I went with the package. However I didn't have consultation with all specialists as mentioned in my package due to unavailability of the doctors. After several follow-up my appointment was booked with a doc in some other center and I took off from office and then I was told that the doc is not available.. I am really disappointed with the service.

Had a terrible experience with Dr Sunita of Healthsprings Powai....my mother-in law was in great pain, constipated and Dr Sunita just refused to help, refused to make a home visit citing rains !!...Left us in the lurch and with an emergency. Our confidence in Health Springs will never be the same again if they have such doctors on their rolls...

The staff didn't even know how to collect blood sample properly, they were more interested in details of why blood test is being done instead of doing their job properly

Worse experience.. Will never recommend for quick service.. A normal sugar reports took more than 36 hours which in normal labs takes hardly 3-4hrs.. Even the 24/7 doctor home visit service was not provided during emergency..

The over all experience was fabulous..👍 All the staff there is so polite and helpful. They even offer you best health care need according to your medical conditions..! I would recommend it for some one who is looking for overall health chekups at one place...

In the month of Feb I was diagnosed with diabetes with high HBAC after Dr Kshritja recommend for a dietitian I approached Dt.Nikita Lawande. I followed the diet as instructed by Nikita Mam and have seen good results. The diet is not too difficult to follow with simple and available and regular food to intake on dialy basis as per the timings. After 3 months that is May I have seen drastic reduction of sugar and feel energetic which was missing in my body.. now the HBAC is 6.1 from all most 13. Very happy with the results. Will recommend her for any diet plans to anyone including family and friends.. Happy customer ☺️☺️

Healthspring has one of the most well-organised systems that I've encountered in India. Right from an updated website, to correct information on the phone, the customer service agents were polite and happy to guide me to my nearest location for a dentist. In Powai, Dr. Shrutika Jayaswal was very understanding and professional. She was punctual, well informed as well as patient and pleasant with all my concerns. At each stage, she showed me the X-rays and mirror images of the work done during my cleaning and RCT. I have visited a variety of dentists before and I can say that she's hands down the best I've had. The one downer was that I wasn't fully informed of all my options for crown material at the beginning. The best and costliest option magically appeared during the moment I had to choose and pay for the material. But I wouldn't deduct points since it was always my choice and never forced upon me. I recommended my entire family to get their dental work done here. And the best part is they accept credit cards, and give itemized receipts! My primary concern with Indian doctors has always been that they hate explaining things to the patient and dispelling concerns that a patient may have read online. Dr. Jayaswal respected the fact that I was informed and built on it, rather than get exasperated which is something I rarely encounter in India. Kudos to Dr. J and the entire HealthSpring team on doing a marvelous job!

Good guidance and treatment of my wisdom tooth which was troubling me from past 3 months of time. Dr.Bushra Dentist made it possible with quick appointment with surgeon in day 1 and tooth surgery in a day 2. My earlier experience was good in capping other cavity tooth in year 2017. Hence highly recommending Health Spring @ Powai branch and Dr.Bhushra Alam for dental related issues.

I took an appointment of 4:30 pm from practo and reached the clinic around the same time and was waiting for my turn. Instead of attending me, the staff sent in a walk in patient as that patient was supposedly committed an appointment at the same time as mine even though mine was booked prior. Hence no point in taking prior appointment. They entertain FCFS format. Its been an hour and I'm still waiting for my turn. @practo - please note.

I had developed very bad hip pain and was not even able to walk properly. Dr Komal, the physiotherapist was very helpful, she guided me with the best possible exercises and my pain was reduced after only 2 sessions. She is very responsive and takes great care of her patients. Highly recommend her!

Doctors where not able to identify if my mother had cataract or not. They said her eyes are fine. When we went to LensKart shop they asked us to visit an ophthalmologist who said she had cataract.

Reports delayed by a day from the date mentioned. X-ray reports further delayed by another day, I believe their internet was down for many hours on Monday! The reports were shared only after repeated reminders from me. Very poorly organised. I needed the reports to share with the doctor and since they promised at the time of tests that it would be ready the next day, it wasn’t the case. Doctor wasn’t available the next day so reports got delayed. At time of tests, they say all the right things but not able to deliver. I would rather go to Metropolis Powai for diagnostic tests.

Very bad experience it took them 48 hrs to give me normal blood reports, I had to literally wait at the clinic to get the reports and on top of that there was no Dr available and when the receptionist called the Dr for reports they were not ready to talk on the phone!
