Hospital staffs are cooperative, special thanks to doctor Sagar Parab the way he treated patients and giving breif knowledge about treatment. Always provide correct and proper direction along with proper consultation.

Entire staff members were rude especially frontend staff, recieptionist girls were so rude in behaviour & don't talk politely as they owned this entire hospital. Shame on those people who hired them. Dr. Ronak and Dr. Sapna have gone above and beyond to make sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority. Both are extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact them or their staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. The hospital is inviting and each of the beautiful staff members of this hospital are friendly and helpful in every way. Truly, I would recommend this hospital to anyone seeking answers to better their health and you would not feel like your are in hospital you will be feeling like you are getting treated in your own house only with all the family members as they do so in a very personalized way.

I have seen previous reviews, she mentioned the name receptionist, she is useless, she has maybe there is some personal issue with her , she is receptionist, they have multiple times to receive calls for appointment , my personal experience is that Powai hospital is very good due to receptionist, they are polite. The hospital should know the proper guidelines regarding the employees who are actually working for the hospital.🙂🙂

Quite bad. My cousin went to the powai hospital for nausea and high bp where some doctor gave him medicines. We went again the next day and some Dr pramod was there. He Checked my cousins BP and said to cancel all previous medicines and gave new medicines but did not tell anything as to what has happened to him. Took 500 fees and said to take medicine for one day and get blood test done. Just kept saying something is wrong but did not give us any detail as to what has happened. And the pharmacy at the hospital will not give you just any no of medicine, only full strips, so we had to buy full strip of medicines 2 times bcos the new doc cancelled the ones given by the previous doctor.. Very bad service, feels like a badly run business, not a hospital.

One of the best hospitals in Powai with very good medical facilities ,class one doctors, soft spoken and friendly staff and economical fees. Do visit Dr.Dwivedi(ENT) ,Dr.Reshma( Skin Sp.), Dr.Nirmal Agarwal(Ortho) and the pathology Dept. They are the best in the investigations.

Wait time was very short and staff was very nice. The cost is low and service is excellent.

Powai Hospital has been my go to place for any medical emergency. The staff has been super kind and very responsive. The medical store is well supplied and has always had 90% of my medical needs. Would recommend everyone to go there for prompt and efficient service.

My friend went due to an ear infection to the hospital, he met Dr. Minal Shevare who instead of making him better ended up piercing his ear drums and the infection led to partial paralysis of the face. He was shifted to another hospital in Colaba and is recovering well now. This is a serious issue that has been reported by the my friend's family as this carelessness of the doctor could cost a life for innocent.

Location on the Map is incorrect if you follow the google map it will show you the near by place but not exact location.

I can only comment about orthodontic section. My dentist Dr Manohar and Maxillofacial surgeon Dr Pranay Pardesi are from this hospital and they're very good. My experience has been so far good. Rooms are good. However, service is average. Staff and resident doctors are not that good. So you can take that risk if you know some specialists or doctors from here.

Hospital in accessible location. Hospital staff is saporting &friendly. As my concern, I am admited as a Covid patient before one month back in covid reseve Bed, I got right treatment since from day of admission, so I feel Ok & relax from 2nd day morning, I got discharged within 6 days. Specifically Dr. Jadhav madam, Dr. Parab sir, taking care of patient personally. Medical & other lab. Facility available within Hospital. However, certain hygiene facility to patient needs to improve.

It's like our Family Hospital and Doctors. We have always been coming here for 90% of our family members treatment since almost 2 decades. Very cordial behaviour of staff, Doctors and Medical helpers. For us it is very convenient and easy accessibility to Powai Hospital, since we stay nearby. Thanks to the Hospital and staff for rendering good health services🙏

One of our old favourite hospital which is turned very bad due to un professional doctors, Who dont care for patient just wanna grab money give any wrong medicine and who rely on there Trainee Doctors , Yesterday had taken my mom for treatment and dont know which all medicines Dr Ronak gave cause after taking only 1 dose she was in real bad condition and when we contacted Dr on call as his number was mentioned on precription he said am with my family so dont call take her to hospital My trainee Doctors will take care. There was a huge trauma after us taking her to hospital again Dr Raunk speaks to us on Trainee Doctors number and suggested to take her by ambulance for MRI As symptom of stroke etc. Doctor beeing with family can speak when we come there not when we need to speak to him cause the reaction of medicines given by him. Full over charging no bill nor any slip for the charges is provided .

I have been to multiple doctors here for various issues related to me and my family. The doctors are really kind and provide effective treatment. No unnecessary treatments or charges.

The Receptionist here always give wrong information about the doctors availability. When asked why, she talks rudely and tries to convince you to consult another doctor instead of giving information about the doctors we ask for.

Would like to share my experience previously I was admitted to another hospital from Thane in ICU ward where I didn't find any good medical support or positive results further with conser to frd Dr. Anand for Powai policlinic powai with his guidance I was shifted from Thane to powai where I was tread with proper care without been admitted to ICU. I am a Consultant Physician attached to the Hospital for 2 years now. I have developed such confidence in this setup that I got my Mother admitted here from Mulund for treatment of COVID 19 in the first wave. In the second wave of COVID 19, I asked my Maama to get admitted here all the way from Kalyan. Almost simultaneously, my father in law needed admission and I got him to Powai Hospital again for COVID treatment. Being a Doctor myself, I can confidently say that this Hospital maintains the highest standards, both for Medical treatment and also for Nursing Care. Highest standards of Humanity and Personal Touch are maintained at this Hospital which is now in it's Fourth decade. Highly recommended for all Medical & Surgical purposes.
