have got my first vaccination done here. The staff here is also good, and the arrangement is also well done. When i went here for vaccination i had max 120 minutes here. And Start the process of vaccinations. there were decent seating arrangements both outside and inside we had good staff always attending to us.

I will personally never recommend Dr. Ravindra Hodarkar (urologist) from. Apollo spectra hospital because of my personal bitter experience. He is very arrogant and rude with me. My only mistake was I touched my mask to adjust it and when he noticed it he started screaming and shouting on me when I touched my mask. All people sitting at reception started watching the scene. He could have behaved calmly and patiently. Such kind of arrogance and rudeness is not justified. I never met such kind of doctor with such a rude behavior ever before.I should say that such kind if arrogant doctors should stop practicing if they have such in tolerant attitude.

They called thousand people for vaccination today and they did not have the vaccine. No crowd management was done, people gathered at the hospital gate.

My son had gone for a medical fitness report at the Chembur branch. Right from the outset the service was not very professional. While the actual doctors, nurses and phlebotomists are nice, the lady at the reception is not very polite. My son requested for the report name to accurately reflect what's on his passport and despite being told it will be done when he collects his report, it wasn't. He had to wait for an hour for this along with a simple attestation of the fitness certificate when he visited the next day at the designated time. Further, he was told the consultation charges to simply sign the form would cost 500. I had lot of respect for the professional services provided by Apollo but the folks at the reception need to be better trained to serve better.

I was going to vaccination at 11-06-2021 slot 1:00pm to 3:00pm from Titwala, but hospital staff says we have not enough vaccine..so please come at 17-06-2021 slot 11:00am to 12:00pm... finally today 17-06-2021 I vaccinationed, today staff behaviour is very good, only before 40min. All formalities completed, very fast vaccination programs going on...Thanks to Apollo Spectra.

Communication problem, Nurses, TPA, Reception counter work individually no coordination, patient at discharge stage keep on waiting, then he/relative runs here and there, I think there is no one to manage or keep eye on them. Sofa I premium room and also relative of general ward patients must be changed. Otherwise Doctors are best.

Went for a walk-in booster dose at Apollo. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The process was very smooth to verify the dose and fill the forms. The nurse was also very kind. They also helped us to add passport details on cowin. Overall a great experience.

And the stuff all are so friendly and specially Joty ma’am at the reception desk. And everyone there too .. which I can’t remember all their name. And my best fried from Indonesia doing plastic surgery here with Dr. Modi (special for plastic surgery) he is very good. Susi was so happy with the result. Wish there was a option to rate in negative too. I visited yesterday evening... I asked for appointment for dr Mrinmayee, receptionist asked me to wait for sometime & mentioned that one patient is already with doctor.I kept waiting for more than 60 mins...in between I checked with the receptionist 2-3 times..each time she mentioned as soon as the patient comes out..you will be the next. After more than an hour was passed ..I enquired again..she said dr mrinmayee is not coming today. There was some confusion at her end with the doctor's name so she incorrectly updated me. Pathetic experience..really want to know how such a big hospital can hire such an unskilled receptionist to destroy their brand name.

Service at Apollo spectra Chembur is very very poor and slow. They are wasting patients time and no one is bothered about it.

Visited the hospital thrice under cooperate client services. All the receptionist I dealt with were pathetic. Less interested in guiding patients and more interested in chat over mobiles. You ask them a question and they will behave as if nobody said anything, no response, no basic courtesy. The hospital facility is good, deducting 2 stars because of the worst experience faced at the hand of receptionists.

We had a great experience with the team here. Staff and doctors are the best. Dr. Laxman Salve who treated my husband is the best doctor I would say. He puts your mind completely at ease and answers all the questions you may have. Would definitely recommend!

No point of booking vaccine slot. Mentally prepare yourself to kill time over there without joy. Waiting area downstairs is not bright and no fan, water, sanitizer. They are into preventing vaccine wastage so unless they have 10 people lined up, they don't open the vial. So it doesn't matter what your slot time is, you will have to wait. Billing was not quick too. Nurse giving the vaccine and others in the final room were nice, giving three stars just for them,explained well. No photobooth or badge. No point coming here for quick vaccination.

This review is for Dr. Kunal Makhija, Orthopaedic Surgeon, I have tried reaching this doctor and hospital thrice, but was a complete failure.. The doctor has registered himself on several websites for appointments and when booked on those, he does not show up at the hospital. The hospital authorities says it’s a third party website and we don’t have a confirmation from them, whereas I have received the confirmation mail and message.. Why even list your appointment booking service online when nobody has a clue what appointments will get honoured? On that, Apollo hospitals has listed a number online, which is continuously busy and they say that’s a call centre number, we don’t operate that. Why can’t you have a patient-friendly environment to reach you.. the patient in pain has to bear all this and at last does not even get to see the doctor. The hospital and doctor has no clue on what are they upto, just want to get famous by listing on multiple platforms!! Would definitely pass on the msg to not visit this hospital/doctor.

front desk staff is good and cooprative. most of services are good except Unhygienic washrooms Blood sample collection place is not good Length of Bed for 2D echo/ultrasound is tooooo small. No words for canteen to say Canteen is Worst , totally unhygienic, Rats running around.

I visited Apollo spectra fors time. To be frank my first 5 min experience was not good at all..i found staff was up to the mark in handling client.howver that was not the case..i met one staff at the reception and she was very helpful with a smiling face.even other staff in the floor was very cooperative.. Stress and treadmill test experience was very good. One thing u need to work on is on pantry .it's not great feeling to have breakfast in the open space and somewhere in the corner. Over ll experience is good . All the best to team Apollo spectra..

Thanks to Dr Sambit Patnaik for guiding very nicely from pre hospitalization to post . The best part was laser treatment hardly took some time and by evening I got discharged .It's has been months now I'm absolutely fine and my piles problem have been cured . Service here is good and Dr Sambit explain each and every thing properly.

The hospital is ok, the doctor Mr. Pravin Gore is a well-experienced doctor. The disappointment with this hospital is that the pharmacy was not available 24/7 which is really strange for such a medical facility, secondly, the nursing staff is not clear about their duties many things are taken casually, the day of my admission the night duty nurse was really dedicated to Job and provide good assistance for all patience inward.

I had consulted Dr. Hada in physiotherapy department for left hand thumb injury. Consulted her for almost 5 sessions for ultrasonic therapy. She took time to understand the symptoms, explained the diagnosis and suggested exercises which helped my recovery. Writing review after a couple of months after consultation.

I wish I could have given a negative review I would have given it to this clinic. I took an appointment with Dr Om Parshuram Patil at 4pm. I was there at 4 and first I was told he will be there in 20 mins I waited for half an hour and then I was told he will be here in 10 mins I waited and then I was told he is not going to come now. He will come between 6-7pm. They do not care about their patients. I left my one year old daughter at home. I came from Kharghar to Chembur and these careless people didn't bother to inform earlier. Dr OM PARSHURAM PATIL has got very good reviews but it seems he is very unprofessional. Please visit him only if you have an entire day to wait for him.

Absolutely no coordination between hospital staff and doctor. Mr. Vaibhav is the only person who knew the billing procedures and was helpful. The others at reception are rude and waste people's time. Very unprofessional. Too many mistakes is documentation leading to wastage of our time at the reception. Nurses are not trained enough to take care of elderly patients. They were constantly asking relatives to feed and take care of the patient.

Had my brother surgery. Decent place for surgery in terms of cleanliness and housekeeping. Food served to patients is also good. They do not hold lot of patients as of now. So you have to make sure of having an early appointment as waiting period is long.

Went for a medical fitness checkup. Service was smooth and well managed. Jyoti at the reception was very helpful. She booked the appointment and clarified all doubts. Pathetic hospital ever seen , no cleanliness at all , my mother is in pain they are not even attending her and the worst part is the medical in hospital is close after 7 if u have any emergency u have to go far away to take medicine the staff is pathetic over here they dont even allow one relative in.
