The whole clinic looks very nice, well maintained and clean. Has an amazing view too! The doctor was to the point and diagnosed my issue quite quickly but the overall experience was very blah. Because there was no energy or smiles that was shared. In fact, I felt a bit awkward because she did not speak in a warm way. It was very very transactional in terms of the experience. I even asked a couple of things pertaining to my issue but the answers were very cold and not very helpful. May be it was just one day.. but It will be difficult for me to go back again. I am sure she is great but for me, the experience was just very dull and unwelcoming.

Amazing outcome of treatment for acne. I had a consultation with doc Sejal and we met for less than a minute but her diagnosis and medication was spot on with outstanding effect. Thankful to her! Clinic is clean and pleasant. The support staff could be more polite and is slightly arrogant. They give out appointments but will make you sit for at least 30-40mins after you arrive. Went for laser hair removal for face. Trust me no results at all. I felt I wasted all my money on this. Dr. Seal herself on takes may b like the first session rest taken by assistant. You have to ensure this is going fine. I am not even iota satisfied. And for everything, she has the answer, may b due to hormones it is not working. Even when u told her boss it is all fine with me. Why should you waste money with them? It's painful experience. Pls note I am only adding review now while service was taken around 1.5 yrs back. Dr. Sejal is good but the receptionist needs to be more professional. When I asked for the bill, the receptionist told me that the same shall be sent through email. However, I did not receive the bill even after 24 hours but got a mail asking for my feedback. I called up the clinic and the receptionist lied saying that she had already sent it the previous day itself and again resent it (which I received immediately while I was speaking to her). It is not possible that I receive the feedback mail and the bill immediately but till date haven't received the bill which the receptionist had claimed to sent on the day of my visit. Instead of lying, she could have just accepted that she missed sending it.
