Cheated. The representative do not know about the processors he just wanted to sell product and hit targets. I bought laptop from here which was lagging while finalizing the payment, representative said dont worry after updating it will work fine i gurantee. which was absolutely wrong. Next day i called him but he denied and said “vo toh hoga he sir coz aapne low budget wala laptop liya hai, abi aap SSD lelo yaha se.” Sad but its true that these people are spoiling the Dell’s name into dust by playing with the customers trust.

They don't take returns of their products. Beware. Bought an additional adaptor which went down the drain. Forgettable experience!

I had purchased a laptop from here and delivery was expected to arrive in secon week of september. However Anand from dell store expedite the delivery process and i got my laptop in just 5 days. Extremelly happy and satisfied. Anand also helped setting up laptop post delivery.

Very worst experience.They took my laptop for more than 15 days and charged me so much for nothing.But they didn't resolve the issue atlast.

They say fake things and fake promises. The Dell Service is also very bad and very slow. Never Buy Inspiron. It will take a month to get repaired and hinges can break anytime.

It's an authorised dell store so no worries about the products. Few models on display but you can get your choice product on request.
