I have been booking my flight tickets as well as my trips with them since almost 2 yrs now. They have multiple options for every trip or vacation you want to go on. The best part is their prompt reply which is absolutely required for planning holidays

Location is little dificult to find as its store is little inside the lane.However,it is very near to the Ville parle railway Station.Walking distance of around 5-7 minutes.Bike can be parked but finiding a car parking is difficult

We just wanted to say a big thank for everything you did to ensure we had the best vacation in North East !!! It was so nice to have contacts to pick us up and take us where we needed to go. Vehicles and drivers were perfect and handled the logistics well. All the accommodations we had at Gangtok / Pelling and Darjelling where perfect. Summit chain of Hotels was so delightful and served us with the best food and stay- we felt like family. You guys really look out for your clients well and it's so comforting when you are visiting to know people are there for you.

I traveled to Turkey through them in June 2022. The packages they offer are competitively priced and have plenty of inclusions. I did face a couple of issues,though. Once I paid up,they went incognito and stopped responding to my calls and mails. I got my travel insurance at the last minute after dozens of calls. My internal travel vouchers were also not given and I had to make international calls from Turkey to follow up on the same. That being said,I would say they have one of the best travel apps I have come across where one can customize packages minutely and create itenairies as per one's requirement. I have planned my upcoming kerala trip through them and created my own itenairy and also received immense support and guidance from one of their agents,Kavita Golecha. Looking forward to my holiday. Hope all goes well this time. Will surely share my feedback here once I'm back!

Very Bad experience. The Boy sahil shaikh is very incompetent. He changes the quotation every day and is totally ignorant about various charges.on Saturday he gave me in writing that there will be no visa charges today he has backed out when I went to their office to confirm my booking. Even his Boss doesn't seem to be interested in his client's. This don't care attitude is not expected from make my trip.

If you want to get absolutely horrible customer service, deal with incompetent workers, lose your money and never get any viable answer or solution to your problems, this is the place to be. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE AND BOOK THROUGH THIS PLATFORM

Hooray for the trip designer and his fabulous team.Our first time visit to THAILAND and what a success! From the planning to our final departure every move was coordinated flawlessly.The itinerary was perfectly matched to our interests and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The experience at the MMT Vile Parle store was amazing. We booked 2 trips (Maldives & Dubai) through make my trip and for each of the trips the make my trip local as well as India staff were constantly in touch with us, providing us details for the day activities as well as the following day activities, Make my trip also took the minute details into account like for which activity what documents are required to be carried. Further before the trips mails were sent with things to be taken care in the respective country as per country guidelines as well. A special thank you to the store member "Sunny Chaurasia" for the outstanding support & carrying minor modifications to the trip activities when required.
