Very nice service by Pratik and his team. They were good at giving attention to detail and the whole plan including the hotels, the attractions and the transfers were executed to perfection. Very economical

Poorly managed pre-holiday tasks. Very bad in communication. Fraudulent operations - made us pay an additional amount, on the pretence that original payment was not done correctly……with the promise of a refund. Took 12 weeks for the refund to come and that also was the wrong amount. They cut significant portions of the amount - which they are not able to explain now.
