Worst toir company. Sotc is a bunch of fraudsters. Beware before you decide to take a tour with them. They offer sub standard hotels m ur vacation will be a nightmare. Please be careful

Worst company ever. If one wants to go through a mental torture and that too by paying a hefty amount book a tour with SOTC. They promise for an amazing travel experience instead they’ll give you your worst nightmare possible. I experienced extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the handling of my tour booking with SOTC. Despite my repeated attempts to contact their team members, I met with unresponsiveness and misleading statements, causing great inconvenience and distress. To provide context, I have made a substantial advance payment of Rs. 200,000 towards the tour package "SOTC BEST OF GREECE WITH TURKEY”. I also wish to highlight an additional situation that has arisen due to the last moment cancellation of the visa interview. The sudden cancellation, which was entirely out of my control, further complicated the matter and left me in an unfortunate predicament. I understand that visa procedures are not directly under SOTC's purview, but as a tour operator, it is their responsibility to provide guidance and support to the customers during such unforeseen circumstances. Despite reaching out to their team members for assistance and advice, I received no concrete information or assistance in rescheduling the visa interview or exploring alternative options. The lack of proactive engagement and support from SOTC has added to my frustration and made it increasingly difficult to salvage the situation. Given the lack of proper communication and the constant changing of statements and start dates, I lost confidence in SOTC's ability to fulfill its commitments. The unavailability of their team members only added to my frustration, making it impossible for me to obtain any clarification or resolution to my concerns. Under the circumstances, I demanded an immediate and full refund of the entire amount I have paid as an advance. For the refund process also I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled, causing significant inconvenience and stress for me and my travel companions. After chasing them for more than a month I got the refund. SOTC team needs to review its internal communication processes, ensuring that customers are provided with accurate information and timely updates. Each and every department took longer than expected. Not a single person was owning up for the delay in entire process. I’ve had such a horrible experience with SOTC. Be aware of these guys especially if making a booking with SOTC: Anurag Singh (Sales), Bhumika (Visa Handling) and Abdul Rashid (Customer Service).
