CLUB MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS: Please read it before you purchase any membership plan One of the worst experience honestly, I would suggest you plan your holidays by own with your own flexibility and convenience . Reasons why I am suggesting you to DON'T go for Club Mahindra: 1. They have different season's defined, Red, Purple, White and Blue. Each season having different date range, people like me will go for the lowest season because even the lowest season itself is too expensive around 2.76 lakh. Now if you are in blue season you can use your holidays only during the month of February (first 2 weeks), July and September, all three months are off season. If you have kids mostly there will be exams season during these periods. So completely useless. 2. ASF (Annual Subscription Fees): Now this is very interesting, it doesn't matter whether you use your holidays or you dont, you will have to pay this ASF otherwise your membership will be discontinued. The ASF amount is around 14000 Rs. for Blue membership not sure about other. This 14000, will keep increasing every year and you have to pay that every year until 25 years of your membership. 3. You are paying the whole 2.76 lakh (Blue membership) + Annual ASF + Taxes (28% GST) ONLY for your STAY. For rest of the things like Food, Travel, any activity in the resort, you will have to pay separately with 28% GST amount. 4. Rooms availability: Most of the time you will see WL (waiting) at any resort. In order to avail a room you will need to book it 3-4 months in advance. And if you wish to cancel your holidays or change your dates they will charge you the cancellation amount of 1750 Rs. (if you are cancelling it in 45 days from the holidays date) 5. Site-seeing: Nobody wants to stay only in resort, as most of the resorts are located 5-10 km away from the main city. So no local shopping, no time to explore the city. If you think you can hire taxi and roam around the city and market, yes you can but the only option will be to hire taxi from reports itself and they are much much expensive. In Kerala it was like 3500 INR for 50km, (Poover to Ashthamudi resorts) almost 70 Rs per KM. 7. Food: Food was nice with different verities but every meals, you will have to take from resort only as who will go 5-6 km by taxi for a breakfast. 8. No transparency: I purchased the membership from one of a their executive, names Bilal Sheikh. He promised me to give food coupons and extra days. But later when I actually wanted to use my holidays he didnt help at all, no food coupons no extra nights. And it was too difficult to reach him on his mobile, sometimes it took him days to pick my call. Another interesting thing is he used my holidays without even informing me, and when I called him, he simply said I will give you extra days whenever you need on behalf of these. 9. Now the big fraud, I stopped paying EMI because I wanted to experience the holidays atleast once, so that I can decide whether to continue the membership or not based on my experience. After the membership purchase I could not use my holidays as I went to Switzerland for a business trip of 4 months. During this period they debited two EMI from my bank account without my notice, even though I requested many times to stop the EMI debit. The person on other end even confirmed that it will not be debited but still two EMIs got debited from my bank account. When I called Mr. Bilal for the same he said dont worry I will give you food vouchers of same amount, and when I was going for holidays he completely denied that he can not give the food vouchers. Finally I went to my bank and requested to stop the ECS request coming from Club Mahindra. I hope this will give you an enough information about ClubMahindra. My intention is just to make your holidays better not a worst experience. I am an IT professional and working in Mumbai.

Cheats. I took the membership for international holiday. The RCI is useless. Who will stay at only one city for 7 days. Even if you stay for 2 days you have to pay for full 7days . So the discounted price of 7days equal to more than normal 2 days price. I'm a member for 3years. Paid all annual charges. But not been able to book a single holiday. They lie that the offer is valid just for today. Promise many thing. Nothing works. If you want to be cheated buy their membership.

Really I and My Hubby was rili impressed with Coorg Resort of Mahindra and we have attended 1st Seminar in 2015 over there For Membership in it and we were above to take but as a new married Couple we skip for some year. before some day i started geting a call from mahindra club that we have received some counpon voucher of club mahindra so 2N and 3days as a free but for collecting we need to Visit Growells Club Mahindra Holiday World after delaying many time i was geting many time for the follow up. So i insisted my hubby and we removed our percious to attend that and get 2 Movie tickets and Vocher of Staying in Mahindra Club for 2N and 3day. After attending the seminar that consultant say that ur net is not working so we wont be allowed to given Stay voucher( it was just a freak reason) and she gave us some movie and pizza hut voucher which i tried to redeem was invalid. So finally it made me realise that we have taken proper step while not taking membership. If we would have taken so more how many cheats they would have done with us. I am attaching message as a prove that what we were about to get but it was all *FAKE* world of Mahindra Club.

Its really disappointing that they misguide while signing up a new customer and later , dont take phone cals , dont revert to messages , do not answer emails . They cannot be trusted at all. They have no contact nos . There branch head is technically non existent . Go through the website , no person specific landline no or mobile no or even email . They have this automated IVR system which will disconnect your call every-time you call them and seek answers. Very soon i will be moving to consumer forum and update all images of the law suite against them .

worst people fraud scam please avoid...donot go for free gift ...that also u will not get, they tell it will come at your place but u have to only wait....

We took the membership end of Mar, Sales person Mr Anand Jaiswal came to my home and given all offers and we swipe the card with 158000/. After that he told us that our company takes 10 days to process everything, so I will connect you after it. Then we were continuously following up with him for multiple queries, but no response from his side. I have started escalating at all 3 levels mentioned on their website, but no response till 20 days and after a month someone called me. Now when I told them to cancel my membership then they are saying you can only get the refund if you have cancelled it in first 15 days. Management is completely unprofessional and sales people are unethical. Please do not go for club Mahindra.

Their team called me and invited me to the event they organised as I had filled out the form at the mall I went to. On the call, they clearly said you can come with any family member, friends or relatives. I confirmed twice with them they said yes, you can come. Later when I went there with my brother, I waited for half an hour, and after going there, they said sorry, ma'am, you cannot bring your brother. We need someone who brings their family or husband. They just wasted my time, and they wasted everyone's time. Their team is very rude, and their team member only said our package is full of waste; don't buy it.

Though the resorts are good, the availablity and booking is a nightmare. Even if one tries to book the desired resort on the day it opens the booking at 9:30 am as they claim to be the time of opening, the resorts show as fully booked!! Try it if you really want to spend hours trying to book a resort of your choice or just take what ever is available and spend on flights and conveyance. Guess there are many more resorts available to Indians now than to be tied up to an organization and get frustrated with the thought of booking a holiday with club Mahindra.
