As part of the Navy Foundation Group we travelled to Europe (Italy, Switzerland and Paris) with TravelEdge from 03 to 13 Aug 19. Instead of writing adjectives praising them I would rather narrate few incidents/ facts about this lovely couple who leave no stone unturned to make your holiday a dream Holiday. (a) Firstly the entire iternerary was made by us and they simply complied without questioning (b) Both travelled with us (c) All hotel bookings, lunch and dinner bookings were in good restaurants. (d) An officer left 3L cash in Rome hotel and we reached Florence. Mr Vikram liaised with hotel, travelled back with the officer, got the cash back and joined us at Pisa. (e) Mr Vikram continuously took high resolution photographs with his two high end cameras and lated distributed to all members including old veer naaries. (f) All excess charges at restaurants where members ate Veg food after booking for NV were quietly paid by them. (g) Ms Rupali was constantly a great companion for old single veer naaries. (h) They organised four birthday with cake cutting ceremonies at restaurants (j) They got menu changed when members got fed up with Italian food (k) When few elder and more adventurous members got lost from the group, Mr Vikram was always there as Search Party. (l) After every lunch he personally distributed dried pan to all members (m) They got out of their way to accommodate son of a member who joined the group for two days from London. (n) They also hot out of their way to arrange transportation of one couple who went to London from Paris (p) Fifty percent tip for bus coach captain was pooled by them. (q) They agreed to carry a suitcase of one couple, who went to London at the end of tour, from Paris to London. (r) Unlimited water was available in the bus and in the hotel rooms. (s) Both the husband and wife couple are very caring, friendly and ever smiling even during stress situations (t) Am tired of typing else can keep counting (u) Grade them 10/10 and strongly recommend them for group travels abroad. Recently we went to Manali, Shimla and other places with our entire family. The only thing we were constantly worried about was that we had two senior citizens with us and we wanted them to be at their comfort. Visited Greece along we were 20 of us in the month of April for 10 days. We, a group of 48 Navy veterans recently had an exciting and enjoyable 12 days tour to South Africa, organized by Traveledge. Was always hesitant to explore new places for vacation with family. Booked North East (Meghalaya, Assam etc.) through Travel Edge, amazing amazing experience. The driver was along with us for the entire 7 days trip and so polite and cooperative. Had complete knowledge abut the places which was mentioned in my itinerary. In-fact he mad me decide to again visit other North East places like Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Nagaland etc. The choice of hotel's were superb, the highlight was the Elephant Safari at Kaziranga National Park. I went on a trip to Egypt with family and family friends organized by TravelEdge and it was very very well organized. All meals were well thought out and arranged. The group required all vegetarian meals - attention was given to ensure that we try a lot of local food but at the same time have the comfort of Indian meals too. The local guides were well selected and the stays were also in good hotels and resorts. Iterinary wise there was a good mix of action-packed days and very relaxed days to rejuvenate. We, a group of 45 Naval Veterans and their Ladies, went on a tri-nation Europe tour with Traveledge Destinations and C LLP as our Tour Operators. From the time of Planning, and then throughout the tour, the involvement of the Proprietor Couple -- Mr. Vir Vikram Singh & Mrs. Rupali, was EXEMPLARY. They helped each & every member for Visa application and appointment, tour guidelines etc. and joined the group as guides. Even here, their involvement was deep / thorough and very courteous. The bottled drinking water in Europe is very costly ( 1 € = Rs. 80 / half - lt bottle). In many hotels that we stayed in, water is not supplied to the room occupants. The Tour operators made sure that the water was never in short supply. I would certainly recommend them for any group tour.
