I was admitted for 2 days recently. You can't say its professional hospital. Its a type of cheap lodge. I opted for private deluxe room. They have ac but they don't give you remote. For every single need you have to follow up with staff multiple time but quite possible They won't do it.i admitted for surgery but their staff haven't provided the dress exchange after surgery even on next day too. So go to this hospital on your own arrangements you can't expect any sort of service from this hospital. I am editing this review to update that I received call from hospital to remove these comments. They are just sorry, I don't think I can forget this because you said sorry. If you don't provide service for what you paid off, it's cheating and sorry is not enough.

Worst experience. Lift not working & patient is manually shifted from one floor to the other. Very inhuman behaviour. Doctor for sonography came more than 1hour late. Pathetic experience

Doctors aren't available. We wanted to consult a Gynaecologist for a surgery, we called the hospital, they asked us to come next day 6:30 PM. We left for the hospital and we were informed that the doctor left at 6 PM. They didn't inform us. They asked us to come next day, we visited and got in touch with the doctor. He asked us to get some tests from outside. After we got the test results, we contacted the hospital, but the doctor was unreachable. We waited for 4 daya, visited the hospital thrice to check, but the doctor wasn't reachable even to the recipients. Later, we decided to go with other hospital and got the surgery done within 3 days!! It's pointless waiting for the response from this hospital.

Appointment are cancelled by doctors and staff doesn't even make efforts to cascade or call. Calls are disconnected when asked the reasons for cancelling. Patients time doesn't matter. It's been almost 4 times my appointment has been cancelled without informing me and when reached the hospital they asked me to go home, also other day when I asked in the morning they said I ll get a call back but even that's not made and when asked they cancelled. My lump in armpit is increasing in size and I am worried and general surgeon keeps on cancelling the appointment and when asked they say "sir 1 2 patients k liye nahi aate."

Worst vaccination center. No worth booking your appointment online here. Walk in and online registration are same for them. All have to wait in same queue for that for hours. Waited approx 2 hours for getting vaccinated even after paying them. Instead government centers are way better than this apex hospital vaccination centre. Never book your appointment here.

Before you admit your loved one, think twice. Government hospital has better communication and doctor availability compared to this hospital. Do not follow the hospital's charts shown at the entrance or on the premises. The chart is only meant to be used as a visual aid. My family member was hospitalised for four days under Dr. Sagar Patil. The doctor never came in for a consultation, but he did collect his visit charges every day by delegating care to his junior doctors. The RMO and junior doctors have no idea and are terrified of speaking with the doctor. On further investigation, it was discovered that Dr. Sagar Patil was on leave, but this was not informed at the time of admission, nor was it told when he would be returning. The doctor did not come on call to provide an update. The patient's relatives have to contact the Administrator for all the update and the next step. Doctor's visit timing are in air no one has any idea. Just you will get to know Doctor kabhi bhi aayenga.. One Good point that i found was. The hospital was very well cleaned and the support staff was very helpful

Here Nurses are only nice with patients relatives and ignore patients condition, my Father was admitted due to malaria but they can't cure him even with 10 days of ICU care and when we shifted him to another hospital we found that they didn't even changed his diaper which was used in 1st day of 10 days admission and he got a palm sized bed shore they didn't even know about the bed shore until we got into fight with them and mentioned. And I don't think drs are competent enough to cure even a malaria this is a shame as how they get there md degrees Patients don't usually comes to this hospital they where referred here mostly by other hospitals due to cashless facilities. If you have a cashless insurance then please look for other hospitals because I don't think this hospitals doctors are capable to cure any patient When I bought my father to this hospital he was capable enough to eat talk and sit but when we shifted him to another hospital he was at his last breath. So please thing before going to this hospital I am writing all this because I lost my father and I don't want any else to.

A very good overall experience. Had gone for my booster dose vaccination... The cowin login app. Had some issues which was not a hospital issue but the hospital staff. Still patiently cooperated from the highest level and my vaccination was done and completed. Thanks to all the all staff.. Continue the good work

I m parents baby of Soni Khan my son hospitalized last 48 days back when I was admitted him doctor given treatment time period 14-21 days but today completed 49 days and now Management team cheated with me Mr.Mukesh Kumar Yadav who is NICU Team handing before 4 days he said to me deposit 50 percentage bill amount than go for 2nd operation now he saying pay full payment than will do the process for 2nd operation my baby just only 49 days old only , request to hospital owner take the action on priority bases otherwise I will go for health minister department or media.

My father admitted for CABG surgery. I have fear related to surgery and services. But apex hospital is given nice services include all nursing staff and housekeeping is doing good job. And communication is good. Dr. Also very careful.. again thank you so much apex hospital...

My experience in Apex hospital is very good. I Stayed here for 3 days in Deluxe room.I underwent Hernia surgery n Dr Amol operated. Special review fr Nurse Sakshi. Good Hospital. Staff is polite ans helpful. Need improvement on food provided to patients. Need to improve delux rooms. Twins sharing rooms are converted to delux for single patients. OT and staff is good. Editing review after poor follow up experience. Had given a sample for biopsy after surgery. We called after a week for reports. Landline number doesn't work. Person who has replied to my reviews got angry when called on his number. Then why to give number in reply to Google review.

Small but good hospital. Staff is helpful, too strict when it comes to ICU patients. Staff is little strict and ensure family members don't distrub often to ICU patient. Overall staff, nurses, ward boys, girls, sister/brother are helpful. Hospital is clean. Timely breakfast and food is given.

My Dad's cataract surgery was done today in Apex Hospital, commendable service by there staff very polite, gentle and helping nature. Premises of hospital was very clean, though few repairing works are going on. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in need of good Healthcare service

I spend 4 days in the hospital. Good points - helpful staff - doctors, nurses, housekeeping. Bad points - Infrastructure issues in the room, windows not closing properly, windows should have mosquitoes net. Overall, warm and cordial staff will take good care of you.

The room was pretty nice, hospitality was good all the help needed was just few seconds away. Food was healthy and nutrition focused. The room ventilation was so good i barely needed the air conditioning. Thumbs up to lalit shinde for being very friendly and making the stay comfortable

I, Smt.Valsala Nair, Age 60 had booked a slot of covishied second dose vaccination with your hospital on 12 September 2021. After the payment procedure, I went to the vaccination room for my vaccine,to my utter surprise I was injected twice for .5 vaccine, On inquiry with the nurse I was told that the syringe was faulty. If the syringe is faulty while loading the medicine itself she will come to know that the syringe is faulty, then why did she use the faulty syringe. Are you playing with some one's life. Who is responsible for this this kind of negligence, Your valuable response is appreciated.

I would like to share my feedback, doctors are good, problem is only not available all time. Treatment process also good, hospital has all new technologies some staff are very good not all. We face issues with general ward, they wants one family member should be with patients but not provide table to sit also can not sit on patient bed, there is no emergency bell for patient to call staff, that means if patient have any emergency, cannot call. Discharge process is worst, they took minimum 7-8 hrs for discharge, just play pinball. I don’t understand if doctors given approval for discharge in morning visit so why they want to wait for second approval from dr on massage, why don’t take final approval on dr visit.

Hospitality was very nice all staff are calm and cooperative doctor are best and food was also awesome. Someone can stay here it's like a second home.All treatment is best my sister in law is treated for piles.

A cashless facility is available. Only non coveraed item well be pay. Like Hans glows, Mask,cap, diaper, special needles. all staff are friendly & politely but droctor is very strict.

The overall experience was very good with the hospital and staff..all the departments were prompt to help and supportive..we had to stay for typhoid treatment for 5days..the hospital gave us proper needed treatment & there was no misleading..

This is Just a luting Hospital they are very egoistic to there work ,they treat like selves with third party enters patinates family member ( If any one Comes with ESI they will hell you out by demanding bunch of medicine which is not at all required ) They only want direct customer who will pay for all the service with any insurance of Mediclaim service . Inefficient Doctors, conduct unnecessary tests at a time when quick response is needed to save a life. The staff in admin are no good either, have no understanding of time essence when a life is at risk. Extremely slow and laid back management

Terrible service!! There is only one receptionist in whole hospital where they are also undertaking Covid vaccinations. If receptionist goes to some other department for billing the whole front desk is left empty. They have no value for anyone’s time. And till you don’t talk sternly to anyone no one is willing to take initiative. All staff just want to stand in the side and gossip. Will never recommend anyone.

I admitted my mother on 17th Feb. She had breathing problem. She was examined by the doctor on duty and took hardly 10 minutes for the admission. All the admin staff was very co-operative. She was in ICU for 4 days and then shifted to general ward. She was treated and taken care very nicely. The nursing staff is excellent. The housekeeping is also excellent. Food is good. Cleanliness is also good. She was discharged on 23rd and discharge procedure was very smooth. Special thanks to Mr. Jayesh and Suyash for all their support.

Pathetic hospital no proper management for vaccination. Worst decision to get vaccinated from them. When asked they say sirf ek number ka problem hua hai madam they send any people at anytime the lady haded over me my receipt and forgetting when to send for vaccination and then saying as is if theres no mistake done.And such big hospital they are running everywhere for change saying hum bhi kya kare I had to take what ever they had I had to Leave the hospital by paying extra 30 rs

Went there for my 2nd vaccine and again for my daughter's vaccine. Both went very smoothly. We were out within 10 minutes. Both times I went in the evening, after 6 pm.

No responsibility by authority. No injections were available. Sir Paisa chaiye utna lo par jaan toh bachao.

Think twice before visiting, their staff is new they doing lot of mess, I have waited for 3hrs for discharge billing. Horrible experience. Jayesh a officer incharge is very arrogant. They don't even provide basic facilities like wheel chair for patients. Even lunch is not provided just because they don't have diet chart.

I admitted on 4 February 2022. From registation to discharge every staff is coordinating better.I feel like home care. So I suggest to any one who want treat there so he can come without any hesitation. I happy with dr poorva kale and nursing staff.

Quick vaccination, cooperative staff. It also has Sputnik V. The people who gave vaccination were good too. Limited seating area, so plan your timings accordingly. Currently in the afternoon there was no one luckily
