The worst experience ever. First off their drive thru “ fast food” menu has been broken for at least three months. So I had to go inside to order. I ordered two happy meals and two sandwiches and a large frye for myself. But checked the bag and the fry wasn’t even half filled. So basically a small fry in a large container for $4.19. So I turned around and went to the counter to ask for a refund. The manager was totally rude as if it were my fault. So unprofessional and she was verbally attacking me and told me to shut up and not to talk. Threatening to call the police because I wanted a refund. I did get the refund, but the point is that all you had to do was fill my fries to the size I ordered. But she was verbally abusive so I demanded a refund. I will never go back there, I’ll drive 10 more mile to a different McDonald’s for my kids to get their unhappy meal from now on.

Solid experience at McDonald's. They provide consistent quality over the years. Prices have incrementally risen, but their store environment has also improved too.

This Mc Donalds is nice, clean and always has seating. The workers are always very nice and have a home town kinda feel with the other diners. Also has a decent play structure where you can actually watch your kid.

I asked to have a fish sandwich in a happy meal and was willing to pay extra for the sandwich. Was told they can't do that. I didn't know that happy meals were limited to burgers and nuggets even if you're willing to pay the difference.

Fast food service at it's best. Minimal wait time on a weekend is unheard of. We got our drink fix in after a long hike and was on the way

This McDonald’s does not have a changing station. We came with my kids because it had a kids play area. The kids play area is outside so it’s a bit dirtier than we are used to but with it being outside I figured it’s to be expected. But then it was time to change a diaper and there are no changing stations?! I had to go change my kids diaper in the trunk of the car. Why have a kids area and not set up support for the parents to take care of their children’s needs?

Always a fast experience at this store. I have never been inside, but the double drive thru is great.

This is a nice local McDonald's, it is kept clean and the food os what you expect. The staff is friendly.

Andrea who helped me with using the app was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The food on the other hand was not. The fries were not the fries of the past as these ones were limp and average at best. Thanks Andrea!

This McDonald’s has the best food and service. We went on a Friday afternoon and the staff were so friendly and patient while they took our order. The drive through moved very fast. When we got our food it was hot and fresh. The fries were hot and crispy and the burgers were nicely assembled. No mess! Kudos to the Poway McDonald’s!

I don't go to McDonald's very often. We used the drive thru and we got extremely fast. If they were a little slower they could have put more than two pickle slices on my Chicken sandwich. Overall it was OK.
