Blatantly refusing bookings with kids unless you're willing to pay a tasting menu for a 6yo... even though my kids have probably visited more star restaurants than they know of. Clearly restaurants that get a simple basic Michelin listing in Poland become utterly arrogant, will have to write a letter about this.

If you are looking for a special meal in Poznan, with amazing and very personal & attentive service, look no further than the hidden gem that is Delicja. Don’t let the (beautiful) more traditional setting fool you: the food is absolutely spectacular, with modern twists on culinary classics, and excellent & thoughtful combinations of flavours, with high quality ingredients. The wine selection is also notable, and the owner has never let me down with his recommendations — always interesting wine that pairs well with our menu choices. Clearly, a lot of love and attention goes in to everything they do at Delicja. My wife and I have eaten there three times, and decided it is our new date spot. We now go there every time we visit Poznań. Highly highly recommend it for any occasion! (Unfortunately, I only managed to take one photo of my last meal, which is of a chocolate fondant and pear dessert — very tasty.)

I don't even know how to begin telling you how impresive this restaurant is... We went into this place with high expectations and it didnt disappoint us. Upon entering we were amazed by the beautiful interior, a calm ambiance and we were welcomed by the owner Przemysław and it felt like coming home to a sibling.🙂 The food, prepared by chef Agnes, was top-notch👌🏽👌🏽I was there with my boyfriend, he had sea bass and I had Dumplings as starter and sirloin steak . Overall everything was perfect including the owner's expertise in wine .I would highly recommend you to try this restaurant .

We went this restaurant to celebrate my friend’s new job and as usual had a fantastic meal. Great food and great service. I definitely recommend Delicja to people!

We had here a corporate Christmas celebration. It was amazing. Everyone from our party had a wonderful experience. As an organizer, I haven't been previously to this restaurant, so I chose it based on google reviews, and my expectations were exceeded. So, I am highly recommending this place for a special occasion and also for just a nice dinner to treat yourselves. Thank you again, Przemysław, for having us!

Just amazing in every way. We spent the evening at Delicja for a work event and the fantastic food was perfectly paired with amazing wine for every course. Nice old style place. Food is very nice, but not so huge portions, as you would normally expect in Poland. :-) Service is great. Recommend it for great business dinners!

One dish was worth the visit... My appetizer was exceptional! Carpaccio of sea trout (from the Norwegian fjords), marinated in beetroot, and served on a chilled plate with raspberries, pomegranate seeds, tiny cubes of beetroot and Cipriani sauce. The flavours and textures were distinct and very satisfying. Teamed with a glass of Crémant de Limoux ‘Passion’ AC sparkling wine from Bernard Delmas, and accompanied by a prelude of attentive table service and flexibility with the wine list, it set a very high standard. Unfortunately the rest of the meal did not reach the same level of flair, delicacy, visual impact or variety of textures. I will likely remember the trout for a long time, but not the other 3 dishes I tried.

I attended a private function in the restaurant for our company's Christmas party. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated both inside and out. The menu was three starters served one after the other, followed by a main and a dessert. The owner paired wines with each course and I have to say the choices were exquisite. I had a wonderful time at this restaurant and would highly recommend it. The quality of food and service are second to none.

This wonderfull family owned restaurant really made our first night in Poznan. Everything was absolutely superb and gave a feel of professionalism - The service, the wine and the brilliant food - we specifically recommend the mushroom cream soup, the duck, the veal and the white chocolate dessert - all were amazing! If your visiting Poznan, this is a place you can't miss!
