One of the most satisfying lunches I've eaten. Great spot on the corner with cobblestone streets, wooden furniture, and umbrellas in case of rain. Wasn't usually busy right at open so I usually would go then. Absolutely massive cutlet, with filling sides to round out this authentic Polish plate. The potatoes are good, but the meat is fried with expertise.

Probably the best kotlet schabowy I've had in Poland (which is a kind of schnitzel in case you didn't know). Very friendly staff and reasonable prices for the amount of food they serve. I appreciate the simplicity of the place too (I prefer good food over fanciness).

Best vibes here in the center of town! Extremely good and huge portions. Think traditional basic old-times milkbar now a bit modernised, giving you double-portions, still keeping the food simple. And you will not get hungry leaving this place!

Great place if you want to try authentic Polish cuisine, friendly staff, fast service, pretty cheap, and the portions are huge. I ordered a tomato soup, and main dish which was Schnitzel with potatoes and salad. I almost died, extra delicious, but huge.

Tasty food, large portions and quite cheap when compared to other places. If you're hungry and don't want to spend a fortune, then this is your place. 5/5

Very authentic lunch. Pierogi and pork stew. I'm stuffed. Good value. The lady at the counter helped me with my order. Nice place to eat outside. Road not too busy.

Is what it is. A good value home coooed polish food place. We had a huge pork kotlet each and it was only about £7. It was massive and was served with boiled potatoes and a salad. Can’t complains about anything. Good value and good food to line the stumach before a ray of getting on the raz.

The most delicious food you'll find in Poznań. It's a small cute and cozy little place. Expect to wait for a table and expect to share the space. It has a slight canteen vibe but that is just its charm. You cannot go wrong with any dish here. The portions are absolutely massive! I cannot wait to be back!

Both pork and chicken schnitzel was amazing. Lady at the counter was so kind to give me an English menu and tried to explain their dishes to me. I visit them the next day to have my dinner before I left Poznan.

Fantastic local food at great prices! The goulash soup was very tasty and filled with meat. The salads were delicious. It seems like a local place where locals eat. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to you quickly. The atmosphere is crowded and bustling. We sat at a community table, which was nice. People were very friendly.

Amazing food and service, tables outside, so you can enjoy the sun! We kept coming back several times, though we tried other places in town, Wroclaw, Sopot and Gdansk! We tried zurek, goulash soup, mizeria, pierogi, schnitzel - everything was soooo tasty! And on top of everything, the prices are cheap but this doesn't compromise the quality of the food! It's worth it 100 %

Such a delicious food! Small local but with great home atmosphere! Might be busy sometimes and not much space inside. Good size portions and all in around 25-35 zł (aprox 7-8 eu). You need to pay cash tho. Very good homemade food. Recommending much!

It is very simple!) Very large portions for little money! Simple dishes of Polish, Lithuanian, Ukrainian cuisine. Everything is very tasty and very fast and in the very center. Excellent format and very polite woman administrator!!!

We ordered schnitzels. The portions were huge and also delicious! The lady who took our order didn't speak English but she was still so helpful and friendly.

The cashier lady is so welcoming!! Locals of all age dine here, it’s really good. The Kotlet Schabowy seems to have a layer of cheese inside, but I may be wrong. Nonetheless, it’s the best I had so far. I also had Zurek here, sour rye soup. It’s so hearty and delicious.

Amazing value for money, quick lunch in town centre. Staff was nice, good food, huge portions, quality local food. Recommended. Don't worry about the menu in polish. The lady at the counter has a preset daily menu in english.

Hi, really nice polish food. I was walking 2h through Poznan to find a few places where Polish kitchen would be served. This is one which I found. What a shame that there is plenty of sushi, shoarma, pizza and burgers, kebabs places and very seldom you can find traditional Polish food. So I ate pork ribbs with baby potatoes, and sauerkraut - lovely, drank kompot, fruit based polish soft drink. Then I spoke to selling lady, which offered their schabowy (pork fried meat) next time. I laughed as I can cook it on my own, but she said that I cannot cook it like that. So, next time I would try it. Nice customer care, smile and a good food. Recommending that place if you like to try Polish kitchen. Enjoy!

So yummy - I usually don’t like deep fried stuff but they made the pork really juicy ! Pln29 +1 if take away, fast service ! Very generous portion that I only finished it for 4 meals

AMAZING! I ate here 3 days in a row! The Pork cutlet is MASSIVE and as large as the plate. The best thing is that it's pan fried in Lard and not GMO Canola/Rapeseed. The flavor is wonderful. It comes served with Potatoes and Slaw which was a perfect accompaniment. It's only 19 zloty or just under $5 USD.

Insanely good pork chop! And also very cheap when you compare to the big portion size. 👍
