We visited the store on the 5/10/2020 at 17:00. The staff at the childrens department were very very very rude and very very unhelpful, we were inconvenient asking for advice, no labels on items , no info about out of stock , misinfomation and dirty nose picking staff . Mask not covering nose itc . Vile staff in childrens section. Ruined our day . Shame on you IKEA for letting the standard drop so low . We will never go back to Poznan IKEA... also the staff on the till of the restaurant at 17:30 were also bloody miserable and rude , shocking . The food also was cold and bad . 0 out of 10 .

The worst shop in Poznan. Customer service is terrible and their management is the worst. The don't answer official complaints and change their mind when you left. They don't inform you about missing products, orders are not completed or are in different warehouse. I had to replace multiple items due to low quality and visible cost savings.

A little experience(like complaining😂): First of all, Thank for the thousands not expensive products make life easier, it's great. The Little Experience is: If your product need Installation Services, the minimum temperature needs to reach 18°C, said everywhere including toilets, they brought professional temperature measuring instruments. I agree that proper temperature for installation is a good idea. Make sure confirm the temperature before ordering. (No one will tell you about temperature before you buy, but it's in the agreement you signed.) If you have a heater, turn it on in advance. For new houses Without Heating, please wait for summer or warm enough, you don't want to keep all packages in the room, before it can be installed.

They have always a big mess on the store. The stuff are on various places around the store and you have to search to find anything. The customer service is really poor and usually hidden so you need to search for a while to find anyone. The stuff from ikea is everywhere so if you want something different you will not find it here. And the food is really awful!

Not the best IKEA in the world, but still the best place with the best offers to decorate insights of our houses.

Review about delivery service. Ordered bed with delivery range 3 hours (from 8 am to 11 am). Almost 2pm i still have no any information even about delay my delivery. Lost 3 hours of my working time by waiting at home. Lost money for most expensive delivery. Got stressed. Upd. chat support promised back 50 PLN. You can put this 50 PLN somewhere in your body. This money will never cover your trash service.

How can it be? Hello, this is IKEA! I love coming here. Unfortunately, not so often for furniture, but often have breakfast/lunch. There are available places to work. But it can be noisy (no wonder, if you want silence, rent an office)

Nice IKEA location. They have recently refurbished the layout, adding an appliance section. They regularly change the model rooms/apartments to include the newest products. To each of them they attach an info card with the room size, and potential location of such apartment. Staff is located behind every corner so it is easy to receive support. In the middle of the touring section they have a small cafe, where you can rest, have a coffee and a cake. They also have the typical restaurant section with a lot of seating, and the snack area with hotdogs, ice-cream, etc. They offer a playroom for children aged 3-10yo, although I'm not sure if that free or for a charge. They have different sized lockers for storage. The bathrooms are located in only one area around the entrance. There is sufficient parking space, but there is also a tram stop near.

Worth a visit. House hold one stop shop for Decor pieces, kitchen Equipment, fitted Kitchens, carpets, cutlery, Beddings, Furniture, antique house decoration etc. Huge huge store. Contains a restaurant within. There should be transport in the store. It is so huge! 😅

Spent over 2,5 h over installments-related formalities, which approximately should take half an hour. Totally exhausting experience.

It is designed like a prison. It takes longer time to find the exit than getting arrested and spending time in jail.

I visited the shop for a short time, but I did manage to buy what I needed. The staff member was very polite. When I asked him about one product he searched for it in a computer and told me the number of the shelf in the store.

The overall experience was okay. But at the check out security lady decided to have a thought examination of my bag and made me read out the barcode numbers one by one. And no one else was checked before or after me. Tried to complain in the shop, but everyone were directing me to different places so at the end it was useless.

Great place to buy household goods.

It's an IKEA what more do you want? Great food, lovely staff well organised and happy to help, the furniture is top notch and lots of places with activities for when you are tired or want kids to have some fun while you look for your items.

In love with those 2 zloty hotdogs. The place itself is quite equipped for all your household needs. Mind you, it's not a cheap place to buy your cups, but it's not the fanciest place either. You'll find the prices reasonable if you look for quality

Half of the furniture they expose they "don't have it right now"... and you are obligated to buy something else.
