Terrible customer service!!! Try to avoid this place! We were there on the 01.May and bought 3 hour ticket for the whole family. Because it was so crowded, we had to wait for the changing room. When we checked out, they wanted to charge us 15 zt extra because we were nearly 4 minutes overtime! Despite the fact that I told her i had to wait for the changing room, because it was so crowded, they just said: it is the rule!!! It should have been 5-10 minutes flexibility in my opinion, they just didn't want to listen. We paid nearly 200zt so of course we can pay 15 zt! But in the end, they spoilt the whole thing! I won't be going back!

Great fun! we spent the best part of 4hrs going on every ride. There were quite a few not working which was a little disappointing. But otherwise a great day out and very reasonably priced.

Rules are too strict: no slippers inside saunas, you have to have a towel with you all the time, you cannot talk in saunas, you cannot be naked. And it's quite expensive + hard to find entrance + often saunas are occupied by dancing performances and you cannot enter.

Drama-Leute aufgepasst!

One of the best aquaparks and maybe even the best if you add outdoor pools. Very cool slides both inside and outside. Extra toys for kids available in the wave pool - a big plus. Super sauna area with great shows and snow cave. What would be useful is a sauna in the area with pools - quite normal abroad. We visited Termy on the last weekend of the vacations and in terms of the number of people it was very optimal, there were no queues, you could swim freely. I recommend! And in addition, I recommend ice cream flavored latte :)

If you like saunas, look no further! A great selection from cold, hot, dry heat, humid, indoor and outdoor. It is a naked sauna, no swimsuits allowed. So bring a big towel if you are bashful.

Great pool and atmosphere but horrible queue to simply enter the area and reach the kasa. Up to 50 minutes and only 3 people at the desk. Security Guy not helping at all. And you pay more at the end for the parking because you've been waiting in the line for so long, ridiculous. It ruins the experience, especially when you have to wait with Kids.

It was a fun water park! Got some decent slides both indoors and outdoors. Make sure you bring slippers and towels. Paid for 2 hours and 65 PLN per person which included the sauna. That was plenty of time! Came at 3PM on a Monday, was not very crowded. Couple of quick notes (June 2023): - there’s a mix gender/family locker room - private stalls with lock to change - no swimsuit allowed in the sauna, can wrap a towel around you - free locker, shower, hair dryer - additional charge if you stay past your time allotted. I paid 1 PLN for a couple mins over - parking can be validated for 50% off Definitely recommend for those visiting Poznan!

The place is very well organized into different zones, different swimming pools. A lot of pools for children, fits every age. Bars with drinks and food are available. There are also some photo zones. It was very crowded on weekend, but still I enjoyed staying there.

The place is wonderful, but the administration is insane about covid. There are separate lanes for injected and un-injected people to enter. They force you to wear a mask at the cashier, and whenever you are in the entrance they keep asking even if you are in the middle of feeding your child and both hands are occupied. Masks don't prevent anything, this supersticious thinking is insane especially when everywhere else in the facilities people don't wear them and people are not asking for these measures to be put in place. In international law it is wrong to force someone to any medical procedure, which includes wearing a mask. I won't support this place as long as they keep these measures in place

Fab water park, fun for all the family for sure!! There weren’t many English posters to explain the process of the wristband and payments and the lady at the ticket desk wasn’t the most helpful but we still made out what the deal was! The sauna rooms were like nothing I’ve ever experienced, no swimming togs allowed was random but maybe it was just shock because there were no warnings of what to expect! An experience was truly had!! Would definitely return!!

We had an amazing family day here. You definitely need to get the all day ticket and it’s well worth it. We arrived at 10:15am and didn’t leave until 4:30pm and the kids never stopped. Go early to avoid queuing too long.... we queued about 15mins but my husband left around 2pm and he said the queue stretched right out of the building and down the car park!!! I read another review which said they let tickets holders in first but there wasn’t actually a way to book the aqua park online so maybe he was referring to the spa section. There are a couple of snack bars which aren’t the cheapest but we had no choice as didn’t have a picnic. You obviously can take food and drinks in as we saw lots of a families with coolboxes. There are deck chairs and sun loungers everywhere so you can set up ‘camp’ if you like....or there are lockers inside to leave all your stuff. You don’t need money once inside as food and drinks are all charged to you wristband and then you settle up in the way out. The locker system was easy enough to use but I do recommend you go on the website first (which has been translated to English) to read through everything. Overall it was the kids favourite day by far. There were only 2 slides they couldn’t go on which were for ages 14yrs and over. They loved everything else and it’s probably one of the best water parks we’ve been too. We were there on a day it was 33C but as there is an inside area also I imagine it’s great all year round.

Everything you could want in terms of water park all in one place! Olympic swimming pool, leisure pools indoor and out, play areas, slides, wave machine, jacuzzi and a spa with different temperature steam rooms and saunas ( take a spare towel as the spa one gets pretty wet, also its a costumes off spa, mixed, but quite low light levels, use the towel to walk between the different areas)

Price should be same when you come in and come out. Not 3x. It's rubbish. I went with the Multisport card and got told by the front desk that there was a change however, with no information of the difference that might affect the price but just with the services available. When leaving cashiers informed me that "there is price list, you should know". The price difference is significantly higher (from % of the hour to 1zł x 1min, the hour pass from 34zl to 60zl). I don't consider that is a good customer service when they are upset with you when questioning the price. It's lame how they get profit from the customer. If I could say anything: if you don't want Multisport, don't add it to your deal, it's gonna save everyone's time and nerves, no one wants to run stressed counting minutes on.

Just your usual, larger than average aquapark, with a sport pool, recreational area, beach, kiddie pool with inflatable wipeout-style obstacle course, four outdoor slides, three always open indoor ones and two slides that open seasonally for 15-20min every few hours. There is a sauna, bar in which you can pay with your RFID bracelet and apt space outdoors for sunbathing. While the prices aren't really that much, especially during the season, the place can get really crowded with people which may or may not negatively impact your ability to relax. Other than that, I love the place and visit regularly as a local, so, for tourists, it should be great.

Great place to spend the day with your family!Wide selection of slides, with outdoor slides as well. Restaurant at the top that you can eat smth (not a great choice) and view your loved ones if you not participating in the water activities or small very pricy fast food bar outside... Range of packets available so you can decide how long you want to stay from 1h to whole day. Low point for food and only paid parking available, with a small discount.

Great aqualand, we've only been during off season when the outdoor slides are closed. The kids (9 and 12) keep occupied indoor slides and other play areas and in the heated outdoorpools all day. It is warm and clean, the resturant eating area has reccived an upgrade, the food is good and tasty. It is unisex lockerrooms with change-cabins. At our visit there was an ongoing Renovation of the lockerrooms.

Very nice experience!!! It was hard to figure out where to go inside the Aqua World from the change room. The helpfull staff inside, didnt speak english. The rubber band, witch you can pay with inside, has a limit of 150 zloty. Some of the slides only open once every hour and close again. The pool playground outside, was closed the first time we mere there. In july!!!! We enjoyed the slides that were open and the food in the cafeteria❤️❤️❤️ My advise to you: more guidelines in english 🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰 We Will come again Soon!!

In general nice place to go. However I went there with my family i was there since 11:30 until 6pm spend money for full day entrance and in the main swimming pool there suppose to be a big WAVE. There was no warning when the WAVE is coming and we missed 2 of them once at the very beggining when we went in and second when we went for lunch. When I went to as life guard he told me 10 mins and WAVE should be there. I collect all my kids and was waiting for the WAVE. Afer aprox 15 min I went to the same lifequard to ask again about the WAVE and he told me it will be in another 25 min. So we went again for sides and other slides to kill the time. When we came back we was waiting for a good while i went to the same life Guardian and asked him nicely what rhe story is an rhan his answer was shocking. Maybe there is WAVE make broken. But I don't know about any malfunction i went directly to one of the menagers to bring issue higher. She made phone callb to mechanics but they didn't know about any issue with WAVE maker. My kids was very disapointed. I won't go ther for longer time

Nice aquapark, very clean and good location. Visited in February, we only stayed inside as had children with us. It felt cold to be honest, the water is nice and warm around 30 degrees, but the temperature of the air inside was at least 10 degrees less, so it makes a big difference. Good food, loads to choose from (chicken, pork, vegetarian options too). Reasonable prices.

In saunas they enforce the rule that you must be naked (and bring your own towel in) - no warning, just some regulars barking at you inside. So not the nice experience. Wife run out embarrassed, I managed a few mins. Also- for a new comer nothing was clearly marked or explained, we didn’t get directed to the lockers correctly, got our stuff locked. Saunas are really nice quality overall, but the experience was rubbish. Not fun.

Fantastic place to take your kids, whole family and spend some quality time. Loads of fun and plenty of activities. You can spend it very actively or just go and find a relaxing spot for yourself.

Great place for a sunny and dark day! For all ages and sizes... Aquapark is full of activities for kids and grown ups alike. There is a part solely dedicated to saunas - there is a great choice of them and all top notch. Loved the whole experience and recommend going in for a whole day!

I frequently visit for swimming lessons. The pools are relatively free. One of them is for beginners with shallow depth while the other one is an olympic sized pool. The aquapark is ordinary.

  • 3/5 Nusha M. 9 months ago on Google
The whole infrustructure is not intuitive and quite inconvenient. I went to the sports swimming pool, and the whole process of getting there is organized badly, no explanation, no signs. The swimming pool itself is ok, I guess. There were 4-5 people in each lane. The hairdryer was cold, was not able to dry my hair afterwards. Plus, there is no free parking at all. Oh, and no toilet paper in the toilet!

Aquapark itself is great especially when you go with kids, family ticket option makes it great value for money. Beside bad weather and chilly afternoon - outside pool been a great addition to internal part. Biggest downside were changing rooms and showers facilities - definitely need for more of them. Car park quite pricy, but public transport in the area is well developed 😉

The system with the band around the arm works great. You can leave all your belongings in a locker and pay all at the end by your bracelet. The different slides and bathes are great. There is a DJ, some entertainment for the children and food to eat at the lovely beach.

Nice aquapark, close to the Malta lake. With activities for all ages

  • 5/5 Teun van B. 2 years ago on Google
Very nice swimming center, exceeded my expectations. Everything in the pool area looked very clean and tidy. The changing and locker area were also clean enough despite the high number of visitors. There's a large number of different pools and areas for all ages, but especially kids will love it with a paddle pool for toddlers and another large play area with small slides, water jets and fountains for young children. Furthermore several different waterslides, a lazy river, outdoor area etc. There's a lot of flotation devices available just floating around everywhere and big wooden recliners. A very smart armband system is used to claim lockers and order food. All in all a great experience!

  • 4/5 Boni B. 2 years ago on Google
Clean and well-maintained facility. The staff were very nice and helped me find my way and work out the lockers. I was disappointed that there wasn't any hot-water pool or jacuzzi, the warmest was just lukewarm. A bit pricey, more so if you're parking a vehicle.

  • 4/5 LordMarsu 2 years ago on Google
It was good, as always. Much space in the sports area to swim in peace. The shower could be a bit cleaner and they cancelled the happy hour for the sports area 😕

  • 5/5 EdgarMo 2 years ago on Google
Sauna experience is unbelievable and I would highly recommend for anyone who likes it. Aquapark is overcrowded so if you planning to visit with a family you have to buy ticket for all day.( be ready to spend there all day.)

It is mostly a family park. Good for kids. Grownups will probably enjoy the Spa & sauna better. Plan your stay in the park for about 2 to 3 hours. Booking is strongly recommended for any treatment in the Spa. The sauna is nice, with many different rooms to choose from. Each with a different temperature (ranging from -12 to 100) and a different ambiance and/or aroma.

  • 5/5 Sol T. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to unwind for both adults and children. Lots of slides, pools, and a great Olympic swimming pool with plenty of lanes. The facilities are top tier with Sauna World being my favourite attraction - especially the outdoor ones. Stay for a seanse to really enjoy the atmosphere. Great hours, open late.

  • 1/5 Vani 1 year ago on Google
Świat saun's price on weekdays has been increased by 20% - from 52zł to 75zł. However, the quality of service deteriorated significantly. The sauna attendant on Monday has no experience, explains rules for 5-7 minutes. As a result, 70%+ of guests can't make it for longer than 2/3 of the ceremony. Horrible musical taste. You should accompany your staff if they are new and check whether they are ok or not. The snowing room never works on Monday

  • 5/5 Daria S. 1 year ago on Google
Really great facilities for all the family. The only thing is that the water in the outdoor swimming area made my eyes water and sting for the rest of the day because of lots of chlorine

  • 5/5 A 1 year ago on Google
Daily family ticket price was ok considering that we spent there 10hrs! My son wasn't bored for a minute of it. Two small things: food a bit expensive and not enough supervision on obstacle course where older push their way through before younger children. Great day regardless the weather as you have big choice of outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Clean and well maintained place.

We arrived at 10:30 AM on Sunday and waited in line for exactly 2 hours to get in. Luckily, you can buy a hot dog (inside) while you wait. You can’t buy online tickets if you’re a tourist, because the form asks you to provide a Polish phone number. And still we loved the park. It’s pretty big, has a lot of pools and slides. Though, too crowded on Sundays.

Excellent aquapark and spa! Highly recommended! The whole complex open quite early but saunas are available from 11:30 only.

During the winter time, some equipments are not able to use e.g (shower booth outside of sauna, some bubble point in jacuzzi is not working, some sauna booth is not opened) but most of attractions are opened. In general it's lovely place. Big pool (inside & outside), clean & well kept equipment, natural plants 😀 We really enjoyed.

We as a family of 6 were thrilled to visit Termy Maltańskie Poznań, but our excitement turned to disappointment. Despite good facilities, our experience was marred by unexpected charges. We were billed for ONE extra minute due to a lack of explanation about stopping the time when returning wristbands. The language barrier with the staff, who didn't speak English, further added to the frustration. We paid for two hours but left feeling shortchanged. Do they refund the difference if customers return the wristbands before the allotted time?
