It’s still an excellent hotel, but if you’ve been to the newer PURO places (notably Warsaw and Łódź), you’ll be able to see that the Poznań one is in need of some TLC. There are fewer lounge areas around the hotel and a good working space is what I missed the most. The location, however, is still unbeatable. You’ll be a few steps away from some really excellent restaurants: try Piece of Cake for coffee and pastries, Mo.Bar for their breakfast menu, Dram Bar for tapas and drinks, and Cafe Mlynska for everything French.

One of the most easy 5 stars for this wonderful hotel due to: The friendly welcome and the willingness of the staff to support us in every request. For the modern decoration and provided facilities in the common space and rooms. For the rooms in terms of cleanliness and mattresses and pillows (less spacious however). The location of the hotel, close to the city centre and old town. The value for money in total choice. Highly recommended

I have been here with my wife, since then we been to paris, gdansk, katowice and some other cities and hotels. And we compare all to this one, and no other hotel beats how comfy was the bed. Only for the bed I would stay a week

A super nice hotel located in the city centre of Poznań. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and an external patio is a topper! Great breakfast! Friendly personnel. The only minus was the airconditioning the intensity of which cannot be regulated (you can just change the temperature) and makes quite some noise and blows directly into your face at night (located above bed). Otherwise I would rate the hotel 5 / 5.

Always good to be in Puro hotels, sadly they're just in poland would be nice to see them a bit everywhere. The workers are kind professional and well trained, never had an unpleasant situation. Restaurants in the hotel are quite good, recommend you to try nifty. Comfy, cozy, clean and functional rooms. Free coffee in the lobby, what else? ah perfect location. Puro Poznan should be definitely be your place to stay.

It's a very unique style hotel. Facilities and services were good and the food was varied and had different options according to tastes and lifestyles.

The worst Puro I’ve ever been. First time in my life the bottles of soap and shower gel were totally empty. I was waiting for refill 30 minutes and I had to ask again. After 10 minutes somebody came but with shower gel and conditioner (I didn’t ask for it) Still no soap 😂 Plus hotel is already quite old and “used” It’s not the same quality like others Puro in Poland. I really like this chain but Poznan is absolutely not worth of its price. Good things: location and friendly staff (but not efficient 😉)

Friendly staff, clean modern rooms, tasty breakfast, generous checkout times. The see-thru bathrooms are slightly weird, other than that we had pretty much a perfect stay.

Rooms are small, technology is great but unfortunately doesn't really works. Good by having a Sauna, but it is really small.

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Walking distance (3 min) from the old market. The rooms are very nice and modern. You control the room by tablet. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Located in the city centre, this hotel provides a wonderful quiet stay. Good breakfast with multiple options and healthy snacks. The staff is super friendly and provides quick help. What I loved the most about this place is that it’s super elegant, its aesthetically pleasing decor and that its tech friendly. It has one iPad that includes calls, temperature control, illumination, check out, tv etc.

Chic city vibe w/ easy access to Stare Miasto restaurants and shops. The rooms here are small, but the staff's service is HUGE...as is the morning breakfast; GREAT value. Natalia and her colleagues went so far out of the way helping me navigate, and book rail on the horrible PKP train site; truly appreciated. I had to depart three days earlier than anticipated, and Natalia not only credited my account, but too she effortlessly made reservations at Puro's sister property in Krakow...and she had a monster breakfast box made up for my 6am departure.

I do love the architecture and the sophisticated modern interior of the hotel. In addition, super clean room and fabulous breakfast. Pietr working in the dining room was very friendly and helpful.

The room is tiny 15m2 and the bathroom takes a quarter of it. Breakfast was good although not included in the price. Front desk people really friendly and helpful, but my room even tho I selected no housekeeping they still entered it with all my stuff all over. They kinda tidied it up but didn’t take trash out and didn’t clean up some areas. So not sure. They could have called me or texted me Idk. Very average esp for the price.

Great hotel. We had our wedding at Nifty no.20 so all of our guests stayed at the hotel and we stayed for two nights also. The rooms were clean, tidy and very well presented. Nice comfy bed and only a 5 minutes walk from the old market so a great location for anyone wanting to see some sights. As well as lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep too.

Beautifully furnished hotel in the heart of Poznań close to the most important sights. Good soundproofing, as it was always quiet in te room. The rooms are tight, but clean, well equiped and very comfortable. Staff is excellent, breakfast very varied, fresh and tasty. Dogs are very welcome here; even allowed to stay in the room by themselves. Highly recommended!

Undoubtedly the best hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are great, location is also great with a good number of restaurants within walking distance. However, the best thing about staying here was the service. There is no pool, but it does have a small gym and a sauna.

Oh... how much we loved our stay here! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and always with a smile. Huge shout out to the whole team! The rooms have everything they need and are very comfortable. Not the biggest rooms but they do feel spacious. Everything was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was wonderfully delicious. The buffet had all you need to startyour day on a positive note, but you can also order a la carte. I would recommend the avocado toast, but as we stayed 3 nights we had the chance to taste all options and they were equally tasty. Huge plus is that the hotel is super dog friendly, so take your pooch with you! 100proc recommend! And I would love to thank the staff again.

Probably the best hotel I've been to in this price range. Also beats some of the more expensive ones. I like the beautiful rooms, nice lounge areas and the restaurant which is worth visiting even if you're not staying there. The staff is very helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I like that instead of miniature cosmetics there are refillable bottles with custom made soap/shampoo which is not only more eco-friendly but also smell amazingly. Last but not least great location if you want to see the old town. Will definitely choose them again on my next trip to Poznań.

Overall nice hotel with good service both at the bar and the reception. Prices where relatively reasonable and the location was very good near the city center. What i did not like was that there was no easy parking nearby and mostly the room. No place to leave your suitcase and no slippers to use.

It was a family holiday, 2 adults with 2 kids 1.5 and 3years old. We were advised by booking dot com to book 2 rooms for our family, so we did. To our surprise rooms were on different floors and one was small hence useless in our case. Hotel staff with a smile on their face explained there were no rooms available next to each other or even on the same floor. Besides even those 2 rooms were not available on time at 3 pm. We decided to squeeze our family into one bigger room. The next day after we left the hotel, we received an email asking us to rate our stay and rate it poorly. Later hotel staff contacted us being polite and apologetic offering compensation for a small room which we did not use, and we did accept a refund for a small room. To our surprise soon after we received another email from hotel staff suggesting that we had lied, and the room was available next to each other, but we did not want to wait for it – which was complete nonsense because according to the same stuff it was not available on Saturday 3 pm. I was using this hotel many times there were issues, but I had never complained, e.g., on two occasions there was a fire alarm and we had to get out of our beds late. The cause of the fire alarm was the hotel kitchen staff. I almost missed my early flight at 5 am because of that event. It was too much accusing me of lies hence it was my last stay at this poorly managed hotel with very bad customer service.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are a bit larger than other Puro brand.

Shame it's a pandemic visit... But the hotel seems well appointed, with helpful staff at the reception, obviously very clean and located bang in the centre of old Poznan. Room was small... But we were there for a night so no biggie. We hope to visit Poznan and stay in Puro as soon as this madness is over.

Nice cozy room with modern interior. Amazing service. We had pleasure to have a almond coco at the nifty 20 restaurant at the hotel. Slight minute was the heating. It was slightly too dry for me in the room. Altogether highly recommend, would definitely come back 😊

Very pleasant place to stay. Clean and stylish the way I like. Unfortunately there are also few “buts”… There was no shelf in the closet. And the walls between rooms are to thin, at least my walls were to thin so I could hear very annoying music from my neighbors. Luckily for me the receptionist was very helpful with that. Some people don’t understand that a hotel is NOT their private playground just because they paid for the stay!…&

Cosy, clean, stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast. A little too expensive for what it offers, but generally speaking, good one. Plus: within walking distance from all bar and restaurants downtown

Everything this hotel is and does is good. It started with an extremely friendly receptionist to welcome us and check us in, in a beautiful lobby. The room itself was modern and fancy with a great bed. I ordered flowers and Prosecco in advance and I surely was not disappointed. Both amazing. In the evening we had some nice drinks in the bar and the next day the simply had the best breakfast buffet I’ve had so far in a hotel. We could borrow their very good quality bikes for free to explore Poznan a little bit. A huge plus in my opinion. There is nothing the hotel could do to make our experience better, so it’s definitely worth a 5/5 in my opinion.

Wonderful place to stay, nice interior, beautiful rooms, great room service and breakfast from the breakfast menu was more than you ever could imagine in hotel! Great location - very close to old town.

  • 5/5 Samuel N. 1 year ago on Google
I would define this as the hotel outside the old town but in the town. Close to everything in the old town with all the breweries. You will be able to enjoy the restaurant’s but be aware that at this time of the year they’re doing a major renovation in the old town that takes away that touristic flair from Poznan. If you’re here for business, go for this hotel. Great 5***** breakfast with good coffee. Excellent and friendly staff. Will for sure come here again.

Nice located, but main street is quite close. The service and also the kitchen is great. Really close to the old market and the inner circle with lot of restaurants.

We had a great stay there with our little baby, beautiful, clean, comfortable atmosphere and great service, everyone is super friendly and competently. Thank you, we would love to come back.

Food - great, breakfast was tasty and the bar has some interesting drinks. The atmosphere is also very nice, staff helpful. There is a mismatch of informaation - it says in the hotel information that rooms are soundproof, and we picked this one mainly because of it. Imagine to our surprise, that it was not. We clearly heard people talking outside in the corridor, cars outside in the street and the music that was coming from downstairs (albeit, until 22). Be warned - bathrooms are glass, so if you're not comfortable pooping in front of your other guest in the room - avoid this hotel :)

Excellent small hotel - rooms were clean and comfortable, service was pleasant throughout our 3-day stay, nice restaurant and bar. Location in the Old Town area is convenient. They take care of little details like providing umbrellas, and they also provide nice new bicycles for free if you would like to cycle around town. Definitely above average for the price point.

Our hotel stay was so relaxing. The staff were so friendly and the one evening meal we had was delicious as was the four days breakfasts. The rooms were so clean and the beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I am very conflicted about our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the self-service at the coffee machine are to be rated positively. However, the bathroom (see photo) is really strange in the double room. A glass cube that can only be covered with a curtain. You definitely don't see that in the pictures on the website and as a couple there's just a lack of privacy in that sense. The pillows are extremely soft and even with the kindly exchanged pillows, they still remain soft and are quite simply twice as big as the original. Although the hotel itself is very well located, the bathroom situation was really disappointing and not 4 star level.
