Overall, the nails were done very well, but it wasn't what I wanted. From the very beginning, I agreed on a specific style, and then, right there, I found out that they couldn't do the same for me as in the photo (which I sent earlier). The girl who did my nails was not very nice and tried to explain to me what the 3rd nail length looked like, even though I said from the very beginning that I wanted 3 and I knew what it looked like, but she did 4 anyway, which of course she charged more for at the end.

Very professional and nice girls. Great atmosphere in the living room. My nails have never looked better. Alona brought out the natural shape and delicately enhanced the tile with the cool patterns I asked for, with the addition of her creativity!

Atmosphere place. Only professionals work there. They take care of each guest (yes yes, we're guest for them, not clients). Especially master Daria is a maven of her duty ❤

Professional service, reasonable price. I should say the service you require justifies the price because you're not disappointed. My fav place for nails when I'm in Poznań.

Absolute BEST manicure and pedicure I’ve had. Alona is thorough, professional and very detailed. She took extra time to make sure my cuticles were well cared for and the polish covered my entire nail… no skimping on the edges! My nails look fabulous! Just WOW 🤩

The master did a great job with the eyebrow correction, 5 stars for that. But the scheduled pedicure turned out to be canceled by the salon without permission, because somewhere in the system, according to the administrator, my number was recorded incorrectly and when they called it, they naturally said that they had not made an appointment. This did not bother the administrator and instead of double-checking Instagram, where I signed up, she simply canceled the recording. The option was offered to call the technician back to the salon, which involved waiting for 30-40 minutes or rescheduling for another day. I'm afraid I won't want to go to the salon anymore with such a frivolous attitude. Update Everyone makes mistakes, but not many know how to admit and correct them. The salon proved its customer focus - the same evening they contacted me and offered to make an appointment again at a discount. The master was very attentive and professional, the pedicure was done with high quality and in a pleasant environment. I will definitely come back here.

I am disappointed with the quality, time and, above all, the price of the service, which cost me PLN 155! I had a hybrid manicure done for 2.5 hours. And the effect was sloppy, plus the lady said we would finish at 12, but we finished at 12:25, which made me late for the meeting. I was informed on the phone that I would pay PLN 135, and I paid PLN 155 for the crookedly painted French coat and patterns. I do not recommend. Below are the photos.
