A beautiful piece of Prague nature on the east-facing slopes of the Vltava (between the mouth of the Drahaňské brook and the settlement of Zámky). The territory is divided into two parts by the sharply cut Zámecká Ravine and is formed by the rocks of the upper Old Mountains. This gives rise to an interesting local first: these are the oldest rocks in the territory of Prague. In the greater part of the territory, dark shale comes to the surface, which settled on the bottom of the former sea more than 640 million years ago. It's quiet here, I met only two locals on a nice weekend afternoon. From the eastern side, you can walk to Zámecká Rokle, where the Bohnice Dynamitka used to be. It looks a bit like Chernobyl there. It requires caution, in some places there are uncovered pits in the terrain.
